I came with a group of friends to celebrate my friend getting engaged. We ordered drinks that took forever to come, personally the burger that I ordered was dry but that was the least of the experience. After waiting for about an hour for someone to come to get our Desert order my friend decided to go up to the cake display and order one herself.

After doing so the manager brought our bills I thought it was a miscommunication and said no we didn't ask for the bill we were waiting for desert. Then he proceeded to say we are refusing you service and for the life of me I couldn't understand why.

I walked up to the manager by the name of Denis who was the rudest and had the worst customer service I have ever recieved by a manager in my 10 years in the industry.

He proceeded to curse at me infront of other people in the restaurant and started to count down the seconds we had left to leave.

By this time we have not yet paid I asked for the bill and I was refused Denis told me to just get out and leave he doesn't want my money and that the cops were called. We all left to sit in the car waiting for the police to arrive we didn't want to leave because we did not pay.

After waiting for quite some time we decided to follow up on the call. The police advised that the call was dismissed but feeling shocked, verbally abused and disappointed by how the night ended up I requested them to show up to resolve the matter

Long story short this was THE ABSOLUT worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant and would not recommend anyone to go there for their special occasion as I know mine was absolutely ruined

Also strong recommendation for the owners to fire Denis and find a more adequate personal to handle customer services and satisfaction.

Update* was contacted by head office who refused to take any responsibility or actions and barely apologized. honestly this is the worst customer service and the worst treatment I have ever recieved by any business. Please avoid...

The food,service and pricing was very good to excellent. Our problem was unexpected, nauseating and humiliating . The waiter, in an unsolicited manner, brought up a discussion on politics. First he stated his dislikes re: our current Federal government policies. I was thinking....'please stop there'. He decided to talk about Mr. Trump. Now, we as a group, have nothing against a person's beliefs ( within reason). That said, he went on and on about Mr. T's incredible achievements and honesty. We were absolutely dumbfounded that he continued even after he noticed our disgust. Let me digress: Instead of getting up and leaving, we stayed and attempted to involve ourselves in this debate. I personally am embarrassed that I was arguing with an individual who's knowledge of politics, was almost non-existent. Having said all of this, we were aghast that an individual who was on the clock, would continue to spew his infantile politics. Clearly he doesn’t care about his job. At one point and I quote ,he said " Let me educate you"...I have heard some condescending remarks in my time, but this one is at the top. I needed to get this off my chest ( as my wife and I are now at home suffering from severe indigestion. ) I feel sorry and embarrassed for F----l. If he is angry about an attack on his country, (initiated under a former Democratic presidency) then perhaps he should reconsider ( among many things) returning home and making an effort to fix things. DISRESPECT, DISRESPECT, DISRESPECT...

Hopefully, management will discuss what this individual' s job description,...

Absolutely horrific service! Three of us had dinner. It took twenty minutes for a waiter to arrive to take our order for drinks. ( The place was not busy) Two drinks arrived, the third arrived 20 minutes later. Food arrived lukewarm, souvlaki was very rubbery, likely microwaved. There was a huge long hair in my friends coffee, which she took over to the manager. He was clearly annoyed by this and said; No one is perfect it happens! Who in their right mind would say this to a paying customer? We were all mortified. We will not be back and neither will anyone from our company. One of the waiters quietly whispered; I'm sorry, as we were leaving. He clearly was embarrassed by his manager and the red head ( dishwasher or buss person) who stood there smiling and laughing. Not sure what the fellows name was who claimed to be the manager, but he needs some serious training or to find a different job. I don't expect this place will survive much longer given their attitude, poor service, and a Manager/team leader who clearly has little experience at running a restaurant and zero customer skills. Not worthy of one star. Unfortunately, we did not take the time to read the absolutely, terrible reviews this place has on Yelp, Travel, Google and basically across...
