I really wanted to leave a positive review, honestly. We sat outside, originally, and then asked to move inside after twenty minutes when we got tired of sitting in a dark parking lot in silence, without a server coming to even provide a menu.
We were placed at a table inside and immediately received menus and put our drink orders in. Drinks took 10-15 minutes to arrive and then the nachos took an additional 20-25 minutes after that. We sat and waited for over 45 minutes to place our food orders and by the time it arrived, we were tired and lost our appetites.
The food was mediocre with soggy, cold nachos as an appetizer. Drinks were okay, watered down but franchises often do that.
We finished eating and waited another 30-45 minutes before finally waving the waitress down and asking for the bills. By the time we were able to leave, the restaurant was empty and we were all exhausted from waiting the majority of our visit. We arrived at 8:45 pm and left at 11:15 pm.
The waitress never checked on us and if she happened to come over, she looked uninterested and left the impression that we were an annoyance.
Generally just an unpleasant experience, unfortunately. Food was okay but definitely not worth all the waiting. We would come back but we would almost feel guilty, as we don’t want to seem burdensome on the staff for ordering food and/or a couple...

We were a party of sixteen, which can often be challenging to manage, but Conner made everything seamless. from start to finish, she handled our group with incredible efficiency and grace.
comer's positive attitude and constant smile made our experience even better. She ensured that all our needs were met promptly and professionally, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The service was impeccable, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Despite the heating system being broken, as the waiter mentioned, the restaurant still accepted customers. It was freezing inside the restaurant, and all the customers were sitting with their coats on.
Another issue was that after ordering wine in such cold conditions, we waited for 10 minutes. When we asked the waiter why our order hadn't arrived, he said, "Your food isn't ready yet." (He had misunderstood the order.) We explained again that we had ordered red wine. After some time, he brought white wine instead. Finally, after about half an hour, he brought red wine.
However, it was clear that the wine had been opened several days earlier and was served in dirty, stained glasses. When the management cannot provide basic necessities such as a proper heating system, timely food service, or fresh drinks, it would be better to close the restaurant instead of serving stale wine in freezing conditions after making customers wait more than...
