Subway — Restaurant in Aurora

Went there on a weekday 2 weeks ago. This guy made my sandwich. -Didn't keep the meat(turkey) properly. Just stacked them on the sandwich. -Added the veggies on the meat as well and my sandwich at the end was just a pile of mess. Sandwich wasn't wrapped properly. At the end of the day I had to order a Pizza Nova rather than eating the mush.

I went back this weekend (Sunday) and I see this same guy working. It was late and didn't had any choice. This guy didn't learn a single thing in two weeks and ended up repeating the sam mistakes. The owner/manager needs to focus on training people better.

The cookies which I ordered were unusual and doesn't taste good. Please if you're reading this, devote some time in...

I ordered a 6 inch tuna on the cheesy bread and I found that the bread stale to the point that it was extremely hard( not the first time this is happened to me at this particular location) The man preparing my sub was also not giving me the correct amount of tuna, he would only put in about half a scoop of tuna, also the restaurant was very dirty, behind the counter I could see that there was garbage on the floor because the garbage was overflowing where they were standing and garbage. Old receipts and paper all over the counter where you pay for your meal. It’s safe to say I will not be coming back to this subway location.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Subway location. I ordered a tuna sub, and the guy behind the counter, who I believe was Indian, was incredibly stingy with the portions. He barely gave me half a scoop of tuna, and when I politely asked for a proper scoop, he responded that it would cost extra.

It felt like he was more interested in saving ingredients for himself rather than providing good service to customers. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a restaurant. I will never return to this Subway and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. You deserve better than this!
