Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Avenue District

This is a review of this location but also the franchise in general. First of all, their website, be it on desktop or mobile, is TERRIBLE.

You select the create your own pizza option and the entire site goes dark. By that I mean you get a blank screen and have to keep pressing back, therefore erasing all of your progress on an order, until you exit off the site entirely.

Select any other option and it'll come up with some excuse to not process it(whoops! please call our number). It's immaterial whether or not you have an account, the result is the same because they don't care to perform the most basic of maintenance so that it can be even minimally functional.

Their app is also completely useless and deserves it's 2.2 star rating on the app store. I had it on my phone for less than 2 minutes before realizing what a terrible mistake I made dedicating even a single KB to it's presence on my home screen. I'm not sure what else to say other than it just does not work.

Now onto this specific location. I ordered yesterday and my breadsticks were burnt, hard, and cold. My pizza was completely wrong and the seal was broken. When I realized all other options were shot I called them directly and the phone rang for over 30 seconds before a staff member begrudgingly answered. I was not even offered the option for delivery, despite themselves being advertised as offering such services. If their drivers are busy I can wait.

I can literally call(or use their website because theirs actually works) Pizza 73 right now and get my precise order delivered to me in under 30 minutes, hot, with friendly staff and have literally never had a wrong order from them. Are my...

Ordered pizza and crazy bread on January 1st at 850 p.m. order went through money went through. Got a confirmation saying we would have our pizza at 9:34pm. then at 9:11pn get another email text stating my orders been canceled. I'm wondering why is my order canceled so I call the customer service and the guy has no reason for it. doesn't know why. Says maybe they closed early but online it says they're open till 10:00 p.m. Tells me I'll get a refund in 7 to 10 days. I'm like great. So now I don't get my money back for a week and don't get my pizza. So try calling the actual location. No voicemail, no message nothing. it just rings and then goes off. So gave up fed the kids. something else went and got them their pizza today. Drove here to the location to pick up my pizza and asked the lady what time they were open till yesterday and she says 8:00 p.m. I said well then why did my order go through at 8:50 and she said oh it wasn't very busy so we just closed early. I said well that's really unfortunate for people who have already ordered the food and it said that we were getting it and then we don't get food and she didn't apologize.Didn't offer free crazy bread or whatever. didn't seem to give a s* so not very impressed. So much for hot and ready. Came in to order a hot and ready pizza, which is advertised as to be ready upon order… and they told me 10 minutes, it then took 20. I heard the workers laughing and giggling in the back. They seemed uninterested in helping me or the other people who were waiting for their food, and the store was a mess. I had to stand on a sticky floor waiting for my so called hot and ready pizza. After waiting, my pizza came out raw!!! And they laughed at me, did not apologize for the inconvenience and basically told me that if I wanted it cooked extra I should ask next time. How about you cook it throughly instead of promising a pizza in under 30 seconds (the hot and ready promise) then making your customers wait 20 minutes...
