McDonald's — Restaurant in Aylmer

They can't seem to get orders right. About 1 in 4 or 5 visits I get the complete wrong food. I'm not a big burger person unless it's of good quality. Aylmer mcdonalds is not quality. Today's order i was given a quarter pounder when I ordered a mccripsy chicken burger as well as a 6 piece nugget. 4 visits before that I ordered a mcchicken sandwich combo and got a big mac. It's absolutely ridiculous how this place runs. Your always asked to pull ahead and over in front of the car repair shop next to the McDonald's. Then the employees come out to bring your order and go from car to car. When getting my mcchicken/unwanted big mac they first tried handing me 4 bags of food. If I was dishonest, I could have taken it and left. Then the actual customer would be stuck there for another 25 minutes. Worst McDonald's ever and it's the only one close. I've started going take out vs their food that is slapped together...

What horrible service!!!! Slow make sure you book you afternoons off when going there. You will be waiting EVERY SIGNLE TIME you go to this McDonald’s!!!!! McDonald’s Corp! Whip this place into shape! Always slow, always cars jammed everywhere parking waiting for your food to come out sometimes horrible long waiting!!! What a joke and management just snarls back at you and has huge attitude and says “sorry you feel that way”! It’s not just me feeling that way, it’s the 15 cars trying to jam into a parking lot blocking other businesses waiting for someone to bring their food out to them mean while it’s cold and soggy by the time you get it! And oooooh boy, don’t ever dare to go back in and ask for fresh food, you will be waiting twice as long or you won’t get it anyways!

McDonald’s head office I hope you read a lot of these comments and straighten that place out!! If I could give negative stars I would!!...

I'm blown away at the positive reviews because when I visited this location twice over the past weekend I saw none of what they're talking about. It was a slow wait in the drive thru both times. Second time around was a very long wait (Sunday at 1pm). We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and small fry. After waiting in the drive thru we were asked to pull ahead and wait. After waiting 5 minutes I went inside and waited another few minutes.

When I finally got our food and opened my burger it was SO greasy and COVERED in sauce. It was dripping off the burger there was so much. I don't know how the kitchen thought it was a good idea to serve it, worst and messiest burger I've ever seen.

Staff was unapologetic, didn't want to hear it, just grabbed the burger and made me another one. I didn't see one adult behind the counter, just a bunch of socializing teenagers joking how they're "not on the ball today"......
