Visited this location due to poor service at the other Barrie location. The two staff working were inadequately trained, unable to process reward points, didn’t understand the process and required to make a phone call while I stood there and waited. When all was done was unable to fulfil my reward order and I had to make two separate orders, following this they denied me the ability to earn the reward points on the purchase I made.
