As a loyal customer of Tim Hortons, I recently had a disappointing experience that compelled me to share my feedback. Upon ordering a Chocolate Creamy Chill, I was disheartened to find that it lacked the delicious taste I've come to expect. In fact, it had a distinctly unpleasant flavor that led me to believe the milk may have gone bad.
When I brought this concern to the attention of the staff, I was met with denial and defensiveness rather than a genuine effort to address the issue. This lack of acknowledgment only added to my frustration and disappointment. As a paying customer, I expect better treatment and accountability from the establishment, especially when it comes to the quality of their products.
Furthermore, I was dismayed to discover that they no longer include whipped cream on the Creamy Chill, despite it being a previously advertised feature. This further diminished the overall experience and left me feeling like I didn't receive the value I paid for.
Overall, my recent visit to Tim Hortons left much to be desired. Not only was the product unsatisfactory, but the customer service during the night shift was lacking. As someone who has frequented Tim Hortons for months, I hope they take this feedback seriously and strive to improve both their product quality and customer...
Read moreThey often give me the wrong order, including today when my wife was given three donuts instead of a breakfast sandwich.
Their debit machine goes down often it seems and THEY DO NOT PLACE A DEBIT DOWN SIGN at their drive through. I've been through their drive thru enough times, only to be told I need to use cash that I avoid this location.
I avoid this location as much as possible because they're terrible at fulfilling orders and informing you that their debit machines are down before entering the drive thru.
Very very poor service for a Tim Hortons. I can't imagine how much money they lose from people who know this location. I mean, I live near it and refuse to use it.
Dear owner. If you like money, then correct these things and you'll earn more. If you let there employees Rob you of profit it's your own fault. They're really bad for the most part and don't seem to care about customers.
Maybe if you paid more, you would attract better help. Just trouble-shooting here but when you pay at or near minimum wage, this is what you get.
If you want employees who show up for their shifts and actually care about your customers, pay them what the job is worth. Maybe your profits will also go up. But it's the right thing to do so...until then, you'll never see me again.
The service...
Read moreWe wanted to order the roast beef and cheddar sandwich, the guy hands us the roast beef craveable. When we told him it was the wrong one he presumed to argue with us, saying that there is no such thing as a roast beef and cheddar sandwich, even showing him the sandwich on the screen above his head. After that I just gave up and took the craveable since I knew what I was dealing with. My pregnant wife ordered a decaf tea as well and the tea turned out to be coffee... After I brought the drink to the counter and asked for tea, the same guy was arguing with me saying that it's still decaf. And I told him that we wanted TEA, not coffee. He then thought for a minute then took the drink to his coworkers and changed it to tea. It wasn't decaf but asking for decaf would have been another 10 minutes of arguing with me, so I just took the drink back. The donut was stale and old as well. Overall, horrible Tim's in Barrie yet. I'm surprised because you managed to beat Tim's on mapleview for how bad you can be. Learned my mistake, never...
