Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Barrie

I think this place is a great spot to stop in for a quick bite or coffee. The poor staff however seem to be overworked and understaffed... lines are often long and move at a snails pace. I come to campus Mondays and Tuesdays and it seems like they may have cut some staff? I don't try ro rely on them for a meal anymore but just a quick coffee to try and keep their workload down.

I think some customers expect miracles out of no where.

Probably shouldn't mention this but I've been given extra pastries without asking when it has come close to closing. Although not expected whatsoever it is always nice and a reason to come back and something that should not be frowned upon by management.

Again great staff I just wonder if the regional manager or owner have ever actually cared to visit their place of business... Remember, the customer is always right... unless they...

Customers here are almost always patient and polite, but the staff doesn’t seem to reflect the same attitude. i usually have to wait a long time for my order, but today was especially frustrating.. I waited over 20 minutes for a drink. When I brought it up to a staff member i believed her name is Darr, she responded with attitude, claiming she had already made it. I explained that I had been waiting and never received my order, but instead of resolving the issue, she just stood there. I had to ask again before they finally made my drink, even though about 10 people who ordered after me got their items first. I’m a server working late shifts and tho solace is close to my house so I tend to come here after work. Usually the girl there at night is great. But tonight it was a guy who didn’t understand what I was ordering, it was a large green tea two sweetener and one milk. I repeated myself twice then he ask what size was it, so I replied “A large green tea, two sweetener and one milk” and after I paid and drove off and smelt coffee, so I checked and it was. I went back through the drive thru and repeated my order once again, then the worker proceeded to ask me once I got back to the window. I just wanted my tea without waiting 10 minutes then another 10 after...
