Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Barrie

Absolutely garbage it's cold and snowing and no soup nothing ready the turkey tasted old they only have coffee and nothing else ready maybe 8 choices of donuts two workers and there blasting there music in the background I'm not one to care but it's a tim Hortons and your music isn't even in English like Tim Hortons ok we have ear buds for your own personal music ik nobody would want to hear my trap music in a tim Hortons but ok and omg I can't stress the like of preparation they have nothing abosultley nothing the servers not even taking clients in English and when they do it's dirty looks the coffee tastes like water when ever you do get it no sorry burnt cream I had to retaste it to be sure I'm gunna assume the donuts are stale they don't seem happy to serve there clients or be here but what do I know I just wanted soup a sandwich and a coffee and it seems timmys...

Okay this is the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life i don’t want to sound rude or anything all i wanted was a tea for my friend when she was feeling sick and also my girlfriend was ordering a tea for me and herself so i just asked her to get another one for my friend and the girl at the till was like no sorry we close at 10 so i cannot take any orders cmon girl it was only gonna take you a cup a tea bag and some hot water if you could not do it you could have asked me to do that work that was supposed to be done by you because you are getting paid for that not me but i would have done that even tho am not getting paid! But no she wont because it was 1 past ten shame on you learn something about customer service this is what Canada is known for being nice to everyone! Is this because my girlfriend is a ginger?
