Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Barrie

I had to change my 5 star rating from last week because of how bad it was this week.

So today I waited outside and my mother went in to make an order. She asked for 3 of the specials and the lady said you can only have 2 , which is fine if the guy speaking her language wasn't allowed 4 of them. So my mother came out and told me so i went in to get my own , and the guy with the 4 was talking with her and he said I'll take 2 more 1 pineapple and 1 chicken. So that's a total of 6 . I don't want to use the R word because I don't use it lightly, but right on front of both our faces the Spanish cashier let a Spanish man have 6 total and would let my mom get 3 . I went back in to get mine and she was talking bad about my mother, so I let her have it , and told the other worker she was talking to that my issue was with the other girl not her. It's not right to be talking about about another customer when other customers are around , do that in private. So after she did that i told her i would be calling head office about this. Now the guy that ordered the 6 she took the 4 he handled and put them back in with other peoples pizza's, which is another issue . Burnt and cold ? I know that’s not ez to do but it’s not the skills I’m looking for out of my pizza place . I ordered thin crust pizza from this place and got a brick of charcoal that crumbled when you touched it . I called to tell them that it was over cooked and was told in very broken English that it was cooked for the right amount of time . I Said I’m sure it was but it’s a very hot day and maybe that affects the ovens or something. Even though I payed for delivery if they can make a new one I’ll drive over and get it . I was told again that it was cooked for the right amount of time at the right temperature and then hung up on . Called back no answer. There is a pizza place on every corner in this town i dont need to pay 50 bucks for a pizza and be treated like im at a food bank. I’ll never be back to Pizza Hut again. This location...

Was craving for pizza the other night. We decided to order from Pizza Hut as we haven't had them for years. We did their buy one large pizza at regular price and get the second pizza for $5. I was surprised they allowed split toppings on their pizza. We did one pizza with two split topping choices, one was Super Supreme Lover's and Grilled Chicken Arrabbiata with stuffed crust. The $5 pizza I customized with my own toppings. I was surprised there was no additional charge for the two split toppings. The pizza was delicious, the pizza toppings was fresh and fully loaded. I will definitely order from them again...
