Frustrated!!! I love Tim Hortons... I have joked for years that I must have shares in the company with the amount of times I visit. Lately, however, it seems that quality service has gone out the door ( and I think I may follow) Do employees not read the screen? I order a bagel double toasted. I have had stomach surgery and need to have bread products toasted more so it doesn't swell up and cause problems. Lately, my bagel is barely warm and the butter doesn't even melt! Tim's has been my "go to" for decades, however, I work too hard for my money to throw away every day because the staff appear to be more concerned about rushing ppl through the drive thru rather than making the orders to what the customer orders... this location is close to my home and it happens daily. Maybe today is a bad day for me because I just have to voice my disappointment. Come on Timmies... last chance for this customer. I would appreciate if managers would convey the importance of paying attention to detail when it comes to good...
Read moreI frequent this location as it’s close to my house, I thought I would stop here today on my way at my boyfriends house in the afternoon. My wrap smelt weird and not fresh, it was hard to explain the smell but I looked after having a bite and my eggs were green. I opened the second lower egg and it again was green as well. I immediately threw out my wrap as I am now grossed out.I have pictures of the green molding looking eggs attached. Hopefully I don’t get sick as I did take a few bites before I realized. There is no excuse or reason to be serving eggs that look like this as the taste and smell were off but I couldn’t figure out why until I found the eggs.

Read moreOutstanding customer service!! I went in to order my usual, and when I sat down to eat I noticed my wrap was messed up (just had a hash brown on it when I didn’t want one). Normally I would have probably still eaten it, but I just wasn’t in the mood for the hash brown. I brought it to their intention and one of the employees (Tyler I think his name was) was very helpful. He apologized and asked what my order was, and mentioned that I was probably charged for the farmers rather than what I wanted. He mentioned it to sandwich bar and I discarded the mess up. As I returned to the counter he gave me a loonie (mind you I never even asked!) and apologized again mentioning the farmers is a dollar more. I thanked him and was really amazed.
I would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons. Know you’re in good hands, even if they mess up, they’ll fix it and make sure...
