We generally have a great experience here but the last two visits on the same weekend we were met with less than stellar service. Totally curt and unwelcoming responses when we were spending over $100. The weekday staff were much better and talked to us and showed us the different lobster grades and let us take pictures with the kids. The weekend staff actually told us no pictures suddenly. I had out of town guests who were just excited about being able to purchase lobster for $8.99. No need to rain on their excitement.
