Subway — Restaurant in Bible Hill

Ordered on the subway app and it said they were missing some ingredients, so i called and asked what they are missing, and they told me its the elm street location that is missing Roast Beef.

So i ordered a sub with Italian herb and cheese bread,Roast Beef,Toasted,Cheddar,extra cheese,lettuce. tomatoes,red onions, mayonnaise, salt,pepper.

Then when it came, All it had on it, was 2 pieces of Roast beef, no tomatoes, no lettuce, not extra cheese even though they charged me for it, and they put on extra red onions. I don't know how they can so badly screw up when it ordered though an app and they read the order.

Seems like they did this intentionally, because i called and asked what ingredients they were missing, since the app told me they were at that location, and it still says their missing stuff according to the app. Last time i get my...

I may not have all the facts so I'd be happy to hear the other side but today while I was in ordering a sub the air conditioning had broken. Today was the first day of a massive heat wave and got hotter than 30°C. I wasn't there the entire day obviously but as a business owner myself I would have closed out of the respect and safety of my staff. I would never force staff to work in the heat. It was dangerously hot today. Air conditioners break, I get that, but the owner should have closed the store until the air conditioning was fixed properly. The staff were incredibly hard workers. They were kind, fast, smiling and got everything right. It's not kind to make them work around ovens in this heat. They deserve better. Was in complete shock tonight going walking in with the guy working fighting with a customer about something that should have been handled professionally since the customer was being very nice and trying to explain to him what happened! The worker was completely rude and not handling things in a respectful manner or at all.
