I love DQ Blizzards and generally like to go inside to get my blizzard to decrease the chances of my ice cream sitting and melting while I’m waiting in the drive thru. Today, I went in and ordered my blizzard. I asked my server to do 1/2 the normal amount of fudge to also decrease the chances of my ice cream being very soft and melted. The server nodded her head and agreed to the request, reiterating to me that I wanted less fudge. However the lady making my blizzard had made the blizzard and I watched as she walked around with the blizzard in hand while speaking to a co-worker. I’m unsure what the discussion was about and I did not time how long this went on for, but my blizzard was given to me very soft and not at all enjoyable. I’m skeptical if she had actually listened to me or not about the fudge. When I got into my car, I had also found a hair in the blizzard and I had to throw it out. I would not recommend this DQ location if you are looking for ice cream. Save your money for something...

Sure the staff is great, but what it all comes down to is the food. This is the 3rd DQ in Nova Scotia that I've been to that microwaves their burgers. I asked the question and everyone said it's fresh. So I tried it.

What a disappointment. And I knew as soon as I reached in the bag. You will never almost burn your hand on a naturally hot burger wrapped up. Buns don't get to 100 degrees naturally.

So I opened up the burger wrap and it was a wet steamy, too hot to touch hamburger. Very much microwaved. Bread gets a taste and texture that is unmistakable when nuked. It's very unfortunate that in Nova Scotia you can't get fresh food at a DQ because they have a great menu. Maybe I'll go back to DQ someday when I'm in another province. I was in Ontario for 10 years and have never had anything touch a microwave at any DQ there. In NS, over 12 visits to various DQ's with a 100%...

Horrible customer service. I live in a different province and ordered a cake for my grandmother's 80th birthday. Dq delivers through online delivery services and one of these services have the option of choosing the cake on their website and paying. The delivery driver sent me a picture when the cake was delivered. It was the wrong cake . They gave my grandma a plain white cake with no writing on it. It looked terrible! The one I chose was colorful and said happy birthday. When I called DQ to complain the young, polite man taking my call said their manager is unreachable when he's not at work and they would not take my grandma the cake I wanted without me buying another cake! I told them I wanted the manager/ owner to call me and a week later I am still waiting. This was supposoed to be a cake for someone's 80th birthday. I have the picture of this shameful cake but am...
