Order a takeout order, took it home, and there was a decently big spider cooked in the eggs. My dad takes it back for an exchange and the owner tells him « how would I know if the spider maybe comes from your house or not » . Who would take a spider, add it to untouched food, just to take the time to bring it back and get a new one. What would be the plus value? Coming from the restaurant industry myself, I was shocked to hear that was an owner’s response. Like take accountability, apologize or offer refund or something. That was also on top of 2 other mistakes that was made in the order. I’ll say the girl on the phone was nice though even if they were busy. Would have taken the 25% off on next order offer without complaining if my dad did not come home to tell me that was the owners response....

Restaurant was much busier than expected as the place was filled with snow plow operators on a well-deserved breakfast break. Despite the rush, I was greeted with a big smile by one of the servers and seated promptly. My server showed up quickly and I had my breakfast in no time. Well done. I did have a small issue with my food, and when it was brought to the attention of the server, it was dealt with promptly and professionally. Actually the reaction was more than I expected, and I was comped my meal, though I had consumed most of it. Not entirely necessary, but certainly appreciated. Kudos to the staff and management for their professionalism. That'll keep me coming back, as will those delicious breakfast potatoes. Still my favorite breakfast place...

Excellent food, professional staff and lovely atmosphere… Jessica was friendly and pleasant and helped me choose the right dish which was hot, delicious and beautifully presented… what really impressed me was the cleanliness of the bathroom, it’s scent and the lovely touch of hand lotion that I only see in hotels. I totally recommend the smokehouse salmon and goat cheese and if you have the heart for a desert go for the crepe or the waffles…

The thing I discovered that during weekdays until 9am there is an early bird menu which full of varieties different to the normal menu at very budgeted prices

Given the taste, quality, portions, unlimited coffee and unbeatable prices of this place I would definitely go there for breakfast every morning rather...
