on November 9th 2023, 21:15 pm, I was extremely disappointed by the service of the employees working at the moment. They did not deliver a proper customer service. When we asked for a simple question, we were refused right away with no explanation, besides “this may not be done”. To precise, we asked the employee if we could have a plate with both shawarma & kefta, even if we had to pay extra, we just really wanted to have ONE plate with BOTH meats. The employee then refused and said it’s either one or the other we can’t to both. We then took a regular mixte plate, but still wanted to understand the logic. We asked them politely “is it because you cannot to that or is it because you didn’t want to honestly” and he said he never couldn’t, it just doesn’t “fit” in the plate, and doesn’t have a price for that. BUT THEN, I asked “so you don’t have a price for “extra meat” he said yes. SO CLEARLY, we could’ve taken a kefta plate with extra shawarma, as simple as that but the employee didn’t even bother and just pretended that he couldn’t make it probably because kefta takes longer to prepare. The furthest thing from authentic Lebanese food (more like microwave Costco food). I ordered via Ubereats in the evening. The food overall tasted weird; the rice had an aftertaste. The chicken was bland and not crispy. The salad was soggy. No hummus + the worst part was the garlic sauce .... which tasted like mayo. This place might be good for people who have no idea what Lebanese food should taste like.... I literally spent 25 dollars for a mundane plate. I ended up giving it to my dog rather than throwing it away after 2 bites. It's rare I write bad reviews but this time I had to. Please...

I can't believe I haven't left a review on this place yet! This is a LONG overdue 5 stars. My boyfriend and I enjoy Amir - we've tried several locations across Quebec and this one, without a doubt, is the BEST Amir. Everything is fresh, warm and DELICIOUS. Not to mention the service is always kind and friendly. We come get our pita shish taouk trios probably more often than is financially responsible but, what can I say, they're just THAT good. If you are looking for a tasty lunch, come here and, as they say, ''treat yo self'' to the best...
