Thai Express Restaurant Blainville — Restaurant in Blainville

I have been to this thai express now 10 times , the restaurant is somewhat clean, then you order your food and one of the ladies is wearing her outside jacket and scarf and hat because she is cold, the general thai beef dish is absolutely not edible from the breaded beef to the disgusting sauce. I had also ordered the cold spring roll with shrimp which was flavorless even with the brown cilantro in it. I'm not sure if thai express has any brand protection systems in place and if they do , that person who manages that dept needs to be fired. Lastly this store either has no clue about how a soft drink fountain is to be operated but the drinks are always flat and after 10 times asking for a diet pepsi from the fountain and hearing for the tenth time the story about why its flat and past dated I gave up and pay extra for the fresh bottle.

THIS THAI EXPRESS NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS .

you can go just down the street to benny&co and have the freshest chicken that exists on the island and yes the fountain is clean and self serve .

fast forward to today feb 1 2020 and yet again the softdrink is flat and this time the cashier cooked ny dish and she clearly has no skill on the wok because it tasted like she microwaved it and the poneapple and potato were cold in the middle ,,,i am done with this brand as the head office clearly has no clue of how to run franchises and or like i said before the brand protection guy is getting paid...

Today I ordered a vegan basil cauliflower rice bowl. I received what looks like 1/3rd of a dish. Compare the picture of the meal on the uber eats site (which looks like a filling meal) compared to what I received (it fills up about 1/3rd of a take out dish).
