Its not like i came 10min before closing tho.. but the attitude the young lady gave me.. i felt extremely bad. She were complaining to her colleague about how busy she is and saying like "i promise you im not finishing at midnight" because her colleagues told her "poor you" when they saw me... right in my face. I came in with a big smile in my face and very polite. She didn't smiled once, in fact she just looked at me like she was disgusted of my presence. I went there because i wanted to surprise my son with his favourite restaurant. I just told her don't worry dont bother yourself and i just left. Give yourself a favor and go to another one, because in there they clearly don't want to work and with this attitude to be honest im not even trusting the food because they clearly hate their job. I think there's limits on how you can treat customers and this one was really next level. I never seen such hatred person. Never going back...

This new manager Isabelle , is the worst manager ever, very rude and doesnât look like she wants to be there....just want to mention that we go there for the last 6 years and we never had this problem!! Celle-ci mâa Ă©tĂ© envoyĂ© par Doordash, dans un sac plastique dĂ©posĂ© sur le balcon et on mâa tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ©. Le sac de plastique nâest pas trĂšs « safe » car le contenu du sac se promĂšne et dans mon cas, les sandwich Ă©taient mal emballĂ©s. Il manque 1 breuvage, il y avait 1 erreur sur mon chip et il manquait un aliment de base sans 2 sur 3 de mes sandwichs. La fille de Doordash ne comprenait pas pourquoi elle effectuait la livraison et ne pouvait mâaider car ce nâĂ©tait pas via son app.
Jâai donc communiquĂ© avec le resto qui ne savait pas quoi faire et mâa expliquĂ© quâil a pu y avoir des erreurs car ils Ă©taient dĂ©bordĂ©s. Ils ont communiquĂ© avec le gĂ©rant et celui-ci aurait dit de me faire rembourser via lâapp mais quâil ne savait pas comment. Câest clairement indiquĂ© que pour toutes les erreurs de commande, il faut communiquer avec le restaurant ayant effectuĂ© la commande.
Je sais que ce ne sont que des sandwiches mais honnĂȘtement je ne recommande absolument pas de passer une commande via...
