I had take out breakfast this morning. I had to wait 4 minutes at the drive through before anyone answered me. As I got my meal the girl said that the small orange juice was put in a medium cup. I joked as I asked the girl at the window why not just keep your finger in the button to fill up the cup? She rudely stated it would cost more.

Petit x pour le service je ne parle pas de la gentillesses du personnelle qui est sans reproche ce qui cause des problĂšmes c'est la tempĂ©rature des aliments qui nous sont servis. Y a rien Ă  faire tout est froid service Ă  l'auto, pour apporter, ou manger sur place. Wouatetaoue c'est dĂ©cevant il ne peuvent pas servir quelques chose de chaud. Si vous ĂȘtes toujours affamĂ©s c'est bon mais froids. Quelques votre choix habituellement je choisissait le repas poisson 🐠 et oups la technique Ă  changer parce qu'il est froid maintenant lui aussi. Bonne appĂ©tit xoxo bye-bye Ă  bientĂŽt j'espĂšre.

The worst McDonald's!? Now I see all the bad reviews... Why are they not improving? I worked at McDonald's 25yrs ago - I know how they are supposed to operate. This one fails to meet the brand standards - it is not a McDonald's! It was a little past 7pm. Decided on drive through: 4 cars in 2 lanes. No car moved for 10 min! They were not taking orders!? When I tried to leave, cars behind wouldn't let me, so I was stuck. Finally, cars start moving. I pick a lane. My lane stops moving. Other lane is moving only. Cars that were behind me have their order taken before me! Surely that's not how it's supposed to work?! They have no quarter pound burgers! So they fail at supply management too. I take a big Mac... I forgot they are gross. I did receive my order in a properly folded bag (yes, there is an official way to fold the bag). I checked that my simple trio order was all there, including bbq sauce for the fries - good. Drove a short distance to eat in parking lot. Realized that I had 0 napkins and 0 straw! Oh well, at least he folded the bag right! This place needs to shut down and retrain - especially the owner...

Awful experience at the drive thru. The only time someone talked to me during the process was when they were taking my order. They were asking me at every item if my order was complete. Rude staff. Lady at the first window didn't even glanced at me, just gave me the payment machine without saying anything AT ALL and closed the window. Didn't get any receipts and I wouldn't have had the time to ask for it. When I got to the second window to get my order, I waited another 5 minutes and didn't get a single "Hi" or "Have a good evening" NOTHING. Just gave me my order and that's it. The customer service is non-existent at their location. Was missing a fork in my bag with my order. (I don't have a receipt as a proof of my order but I went on...
