Restaurant Shaker — Restaurant in Boisbriand

Horrible experience if you are a person of colour I do not suggest going to this restaurant. I called Friday afternoon to reserve an table the gentlemen that answer the phone had told me no reservations on Saturday. I arrived Saturday and wanted to sit in the booths with the red seat the waitress had told me it was fine. seeing i was celebrating an birthday we had balloons and cake 10 ppl were suppose to arrive. A man approached me that was sitting in the next booth right besides and said please move this booth is taken. I had told him the waitress said we can sit there. To sum it up he had said it’s 500 dollars to reserve like I couldn’t pay 500. At this point I felt judge because of the colour of my skin. We went back and forth seeing I called and the worker said NO RESERVATIONS! I asked him to speak to the manager he replied I AM THE MANAGER no apology for the miscommunication! he kinda of pushed me to the side and told me sit at the regular table or he will call the police. So I sat down at the reg table and told him to call the police. And he told the police I was voilent and never raised my voice or even touched him. At the end an white family sitting at the regular table besides us eating asked to go the both and was told yes. My family and I end up leaving. I cried the whole night. It was embarrassing. The waitresses apologized very nice !! To experience this I was so hurt ! Please be careful if you black they are very RACIST this...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Very nice design. and that’s it. Last night we had a corporate event at Fugo. 250 People with over a month reservation. Badly organized. We waited 2 hours to get our wine and I got a glass of water 1 hour later. they brought the wrong wine. then said sorry we have it anymore AFTER she had opened the bottle and begged for food, and got 4 little pieces of bread and 2 butters for 16 people on a table. 3 hours to get out dinner, Our waiters were rude refused to speak english and never apologized for anything ; they kept saying it’s not our fault, it’s the kitchen’s fault, we don’t have enough staff bla bla bla. I finally got my meal at 9:46 PM. I ordered chicken breast and they gave me a chicken thigh instead. and then I tell the waiter i ordered a breast and he says there’s no option, you have no choice this is your only option... wow, after 10 minutes of arguing, i finally got my dried out chicken breast that he took from my colleague and gave her my chicken thigh. some of my colleagues ordered salmon wasnt cooked, there were no vegetarian options either... I left at 10:55 disappointed with no dessert or coffee. Worst experience ever, moral of the story: if you can’t accommodate a big group don’t do it. Would not recommend this place. P.S. How embarrassing for a restaurant to run...

Seriously the place is lit. Parking lot everywhere..good location. BUT i dont know if it was about the event on Sunday August 13th but the service was horrible. We came at 5pm make an order : a pitcher blue sangria ..and chicken with fries. My plate came so quick..after 10 min. We asked for the sangria and the lady thought she brought it.. so she told us she will go get it. It took seriously 1h30 before we got the pitcher. Plus it was nasty. 😑 I think the ice melt and they put more ice in it when they brought it to us. Never taste the alcohol or anana or anything only water. The lady excuse herself but we wanted more food but the fact it took all the evening to get a damn drink we didnt want to wait more. She came back saying she will give us free shots...but we damn know that was a lie cause she never came back. 😒..later on we order a bottle of vodka with sprite and cranberry ...we took the only bottle left of vodka. Cause nomore cognac...the vodka came 40 min later.. with no sprite... we wait an other 20 min to have the sprite. Plus since it was a event turning to a party we couldn't leave our table to party before paying the bill. Which is reasonable but the lady took 1 hour after drooping the bottle. At least she could pass by to check if anything else was missing......
