Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Boisbriand

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to in my life. I don’t speak much french so K ordered on line to avoid the confusion. I paid it and choose drive through option. Went to the drive through the attendant said he didn’t receive the order. I showed the order and receipt in the email to him. He said I don’t have this order. I parked ny car went inside asked to take another order at the cash as we were hungry. He said I don’t have the ingredients to make this order. Like what. He refused to help or give any refund. The picture of the order is attached. He said we are closing in 15-20 minutes, however there closing...

There is no zero star option. Staff closed the front door before the posted closing time, but took a drive through order as I walked away. I'm a trucker, and this sort of bull isn't earning much goodwill.

Further, service is one of the worst in the chain: buying a coffee had taken 15 minutes with nobody else in the store! The clerk ignores you, and focuses on drive through.

I hope the owner reads this stuff. It's 100% their fault if people start...

Absolutely worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to, expect to wait about 25 minutes if there's a 3 car wait for a couple coffees. Got to the window after ordering 15 minutes earlier and the cashier asks the staff for my order for the first time. Management supervision is non existent or grossly incompetent.
