How this place is still in business is beyond me. I feel so terrible for the poor woman who works there as the way she is treated is absolutely inexcusable. In my three minutes of waiting in the lobby, I counted about 15 cases of harassment towards her (and another man who was in the back) including many F-bombs. I don't know if he's the owner, but the Milanos chain needs to kick him to the curb as he is nothing but a miserable human being. Also the pizza was disgusting. I asked for bacon on my pizza and what I got was half cooked chunks of some fatty substance that tasted remotely like bacon but more like a pork rind (see attached pic). My daughter wouldn't eat it and I tossed 3/4 of it into the trash. I spend lots of time in the summer in Eganville will not visit this establishment ever again (at least not until that individual is given his walking papers)....
Read moreThis place is absolutely terrible. They make good pizza's but the people that work here are very rude. The bigger man that works there is an a**hole. I see him yelling at customers all the time. Also it's amazing that EVERYTIME I go there the Debit/Visa machine doesnt work (according to them) but one day I demanded I use the machine because I did not have any cash on me. The guy ( I dont know his name) got very rude and told me it won't work but then..., Magically it worked!!!! and he seemed not to interested?? It's been "broken" FOREVER. I suspect he's cooking the books and claiming he sells less pizza so that he does not have to pay as much to the Milano chain. That is illegal...
Read moreThis place is something special for sure. From the outside you’d think it was just a small town pizza place but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The pizza was made with care and in a style that I can’t believe. A sauce and meat base, you heard me right. Thinly sliced meat at the bottom with premium toppings and cheese piled high. If you are close to town you should definitely make the trip here to get an amazing pizza, as I will definitely be back...
