The food was good, warm and service was friendly. 2 negatives point. When you leave through the side door, the inside one tends to give a kick bacl rebound when you open it and if you happen to hold a coffee in your hand well let's just say you "had" a coffee in your hand. Told them to get it fix a month later still no interests in any of the staff including management to even fix the damn thing. 2nd point. always and I mean ALWAYS check your order before leaving when you get take out or at drive through. Ok, i've never had any problems with A&W's food, it is what it is. Some we like and others won't. I personnally enjoy their food, they have a sense of authenticity, so for that nothing to say.

The servjce i got there though, man is it disappointing. I mostly go there by car so drive-tru, and the man there felt unwilling at the very start. I don't see him everytime i go there but when i do, gods is he the least willing person there. And that kills me from coming again.

Burger was ok. Fries ok. Service was ok. The price too high for rhe experience delivered. Bathroom was spotless. Lots of parking. Napkins are not given by the employee. You need to grab them out of a dispensor which is not good since the dispensor becomes a germ transmittor.
