First time at this Baton Rouge in Boucherville, excellent service ,waiter very professional. Ample parking , restaurant clean . Went on a Tuesday at 5.00 pm .

I took the tempura 🍤 shrimps with Chipotle dip. Good mixe of flavors .

My guest took the calamari also with Chipotle.

Main course A New- York strip loin , High quality meet , savored it . Side of Yam 🍠 fries 🍟. Mixed vegetables.

My guest a " Filet Mignon " medium rare. To perfection .

My guest took a chocolate 🍫 cake .

My beverage was pink lemonade Loved it

Main course! Surf and Turf Guest New- York strip loin, lobster 🦞 tail Sides of veggies and yam 🍠 fries 🍟 " Filet Mignon " lobster 🦞 tail & fried shrimps 🍤 , sides of veggies and Baked potato 🥔 with the works! Yummy

Dessert Chocolate 🍫 side whip cream Key lime pie 🥧 Graham crust dipped Caramel tasting chocolate 🍫

We usually go to the Baton Rouge in Boucherville on Sundays, this week we decided to get there on a Friday after a hard week’s work. We ordered take out, they brought us our order a lot of items were missing, our desserts, our Cesar salad and condiments, we had to wait another 10 minutes, the rest of the order was getting cold. When we got home our Cesar salad didn’t have any salad dressing nothing only bacon bread crumbles, parmesan cheese and a whole lot of salad… How hard can it be, before bringing the order to the customers to check and make sure everything is there? It’s not the first time this happens, other times we were at our house when we discovered some items missing, when you spend over $125 on a take out meal you can expect to at least be complete. By trying to make a Cesar salad race they forgot the most important thing… be careful if you order take out there, the only thing not missed was our billed order. Any suggestion for a real restaurant with professional chef and competent servers and waitresses? The lack of professionalism in a lot of restaurants and they’re asking for astronomical tips to put a smile on...

[EDIT] lowered to 1 star from 2 stars. I lowered because I reached out to the email address they send in this reply as per BR request but they have not answered after 5 days. Basically they try to show they are responsive and willing to help in the google maps reviews to look good but they do not even reply to the email they asked. To me this is even more disrespectful. At least it is consistant with their previous behavior where they say they would fix the situation than ghost you...

ordered (take out) meals including snow crab bites appetizer but got crispy cauliflower bites. When we called to report it, the manager argued that it was not possible and we did get the correct appetizer (crab) because they did not have extra crab appetizer left over in the kitchen. Basically telling us we were liars. after arguing with them for a while they said they would send us a voucher in the mail with the value or the appetizer.... but guess what... we never received...
