Worst service ever, I stayed at the hotel next to it so I went there more than 2 times I feel pretty confident to say they have the worst customer service, a lady called ”Manon” of something like that made my experience so bad. 1st day I made a mistake of ordering through the app an pick the wrong address, the lady that came to check just confirmed the address and walked away saying “c’est pas la bonne Adresse » 2do day I try ordering through the cashiers and the same lady laughed at me because I wasn’t saying “bagel” property 3rd day I decided to order through the app because I didn't want to deal with them but of course my luck, I went to pick up my order and I see my name in the screen but my order was not ready so the same lady starts screaming to another cashier”est-ce qu’elle a la bonne Adresse » referring if I had the good address at the end they gave my order with wrong items. I understand that customer service is not for everyone if you can't handle the volume of service just change to a company where the...

Attention Everyone... this is the most organized and well serviced Tim Hortons chain. Everytime we order, we go through the drive through and each time the line up moves very quickly; the moment you place your order and drive up to the window everything is ready. In less than 3 minutes we order, pay, and get our coffee sometimes a breakfast sandwich too.

Honestly, this Tim Hortons branch is top notch. We have a closer Tim Hortons near us, but we'll drive to the one on Montarville in Boucherville b/c even if it's a 5 minute drive I know it'll only be +1 more minute.

The worse experience in any quick food chain. The people don’t understand the English language. Don’t follow standard hygiene. The delivery for in store is not organized, if you order you are responsible to ensure that you get right order. Missing the delivery standards as well. After taking 1 hour the entire order was wrong and cold food was given. Upon requesting to provide hot food it was heated in microwave. We ordered bagel with cream cheese which was heated in microwave the very big no no.

Please don’t ever visit this place if you want your good morning...
