Milan Pizzeria — Restaurant in Boucherville

This is a terrible restaurant. If you dine in, the service is mediocre and the waitresses are not friendly at all. We ordered 2 pizzas for a pick up, and were quoted an extravagant price of 59.00 ( which we were more than willing to pay because choices are limited in our area) but when we got there to pick it up, everything on the receipt was crossed out and the total was over 75.00. The owner refused to honour the price we were given on the phone and insisted we pay the 75.00. Needless to say, we most certainly did not take the pizzas. I don't care if it was made of gold, I am not willing to NEGOTIATE over what I was told and what they chose to charge me on site. They have lost a customer today, I've never seen anything so outrageous. 75.00 for 2 pizzas. Disgusting....

J’ai toujours adoré Milan, avant.... depuis plus d’un an c’est décourageant. Chaque fois que nous commandons maintenant les frites arrivent froides, la pizza aussi. La dernière fois, la visite voulait manger du Milan, je les ai prévenus, et ils ont rit quand j’ai ouvert le four pour préchauffer.... quand la commande est arrivée, ils ont bien vu qu’il fallait impérativement la mettre au four!! Les frites ne sont pas tièdes, elles sont froides! La pizza qui est normalement si bonne fraîche, devient une pizza réchauffée.... car elle arrive tiède. Ce soir, un ultime essai.... trop déçus de la pizza alors on s’essaie avec le pita... on nous dit 40 min, ça prend plus d’une heure... Alors fallait s’y attendre, c’est rendu une habitude avec Milan.... les frites ont dû aller dans le air fryer 5 min car étaient froides et le pita.... il a passé un petit moment au four à broil! Pas normal de devoir réchauffer ton repas quand ça arrive! Nulle part ailleurs à Boucherville on voit ça.... La seule façon d’avoir quelque chose de relativement chaud, c’est de commander à 14:00 pm (essai à l’appui!!!) Très décevant, c’était la dernière fois qu’on commandait le soir.... donc à part aller au resto une fois par an quand on pourra y retourner, Milan c’est fini pour nous... et ce n’est pas parce qu’on n’aime pas! Vraiment dommage, c’était une institution à Boucherville et c’est sur...

If you want so much pepperoni on your pizza that the grease will turn the pizza box clear, then this is the place for you! If not, you can just ask them to cut it back a bit and they'll happily work with you on that. Never had an order come through wrong and have consistently had special requests like thin crust and half-pep. Pizza is quality and consistently on time via delivery. Never gone to the restaurant, but highly recommend...
