Pizza Express Boucherville — Restaurant in Boucherville

Created a large order online. It took roughly 40 minutes to arrive when they are 8 minutes away. All 8 pizzas had their toppings falling off. The pizzas were good. However, they forgot an order. I called and they were to call the driver to bring it back. i had to call another 15 minutes later to find out that they wanted to redo it because it wasn't fresh enough. It's good that they wanted to do that, however, now the order took over an hour to arrive. They were apologetic over the phone, yet giving me multiple excuses. I understand mistakes can be made, but when you place an order for over $130, you would expect it to be better handled. When the delivery person showed up, he was arguing that he gave us the salad, which was most definitely not the case. I had to call them four times regarding my order. I had the 2 for 1 Hawaiian pizza 10" a few days ago.

The lady at the counter was nice however she misjudged my nationality. When she noticed I couldn't speak French very well she started saying some words in Spanish. Not sure if I look like a Spanish or Mexican person, but I'm not. I don't get easily offended so no biggie but just thought she should be more careful.

The Pizza was very good. They were very generous on the cheese. They could've added just a bit more pineapple & ham even if that would sacrifice a bit of the cheese. I'm taking away 2 stars because the deal 2 for 1 is misleading. When you say something is 2 for 1 it means you get 2 items for the price of 1. I used to love their pizzas. We ordered one large half pep and all dress pizza and wings from there last week.
