Last night we arrived around 5pm for dinner. We parked in an accessible parking spot and placed out disabled parking permit on the center of the dash making it clearly visible. We are a colorful family from rainbow hair to. Blue Beard and bunch of colorful tattoos. Our three children are two boys aged 10 and a girl aged 8. We walk in and instant stares followed by whispering and finally judgement We are given menus and then seated. Once we are seated we realise we dont have any kids menus. So I send my kids up to ask for menus as I know the policy is 10 AND under They arrive at the hostess desk and go to take the kids menus when an employee with two sleeve tattoos who appears to be the manager speaks up and says to my kids "Are you under ten" my children realizing the error on the part of the manager respond that they do indeed meet the criteria for the childrens menu and pass on a wonderful opportunity to correct the manager on his lack of knowledge of the age requirements of the childrens menu. My children returns to the seats when the same "manager" returns to our table and loudly states "you are parked in a handicap spot!!" . Other customers and employees are all hearing this now and we are at the center of attention and made to feel like criminals. I respond "Yes we are and if you had taken a look on my dashboard you would have seen our permit instead you judged us without even verifying if we have a permit." The gentleman then walks away. At this point fuming. I go over and speak to him and explain that he was completely out of line for publicly shaming us and accusing us of parking illegally in a disabled spot. I explained to him had he gone to check our vehicle he would have seen our permit and realised we were parked legally. I also informed him that not all disabilities are visible, something I feel the staff should be trained on. I was fuming at that point so I returned to my seat. The food came out in spurts and was ok Server was inattentive, ...
Read moreWorse customer service ever. Just ate at this place. The food was okay. Had better Scores experience. We were a group of 9 people. Our waitress spoke a little English which was fine. She explained the drink options in English but omitted to tell us that the soft drink options we chose was canned and that it came with an extra fee. At the end when we all received our bills, we noticed that she charged the soft drinks. When we asked about it, she got mad and said that she told us (none of us heard it). We started to explain the situation in French and then she got angrier when she heard the 3 out of the 9 of us speaking French and said why didn’t we help the other 6 order their meals in French. We told her the majority spoke English and so we just spoke English. She called the manager over, we explained that the menu said our meals came with soft drinks but that nowhere was the can versus no can option explained or mentioned by the waitress. Her manager proceeded to blame us as well for the misunderstanding which turned us all off and so we all wanted to simply pay and get the hell out. We were surprised that the manager didn’t even try to understand our situation but disregarded what we were saying. They were both very disrespectful and dismissive therefore this made us wonder if things might have turned out differently if we were all French-speaking and White. They just lost 9 customers who usually come to the area for work conferences because they did not care about customer service. My recommendations: I think they would both benefit from more customer service training and that Scores should modify their English menu to say that meals only come with fountain dispensed...
Read moreOrdered on uber eats for delivery, they accepted & made my order. Their delivery man was disrespectful when coming to my house, telling me to never order from there again & that my adress was too far & he was super rude. He told me they should’ve canceled, talked under his breath & left. I then proceeded to call the restaurant. I told who I guess was the manager that I just wanted to comment on how rude it was. He said that they shouldn’t have accepted the order in the first place. I understand, they could’ve canceled or called me to ask if I can cancel since it was too far for them. I didn’t think it was an issue since again, they accepted my order & some restaurants are even further away &...
