I came here with my family Saturday morning. The main issue was that there were a lot of egg shells in my avocado toast. I showed the waitress the large egg shells and she let us know they would exclude that meal from the bill. However, when the bill came they still charged us and only removed 20% off that specific meal. The chef thought that was a fair compensation. The waitress was very apologetic even though it wasn't her fault at all. I paid. It was awkward.

The food was okaie. The atmosphere was nice. The time it took for the food to arrive was ~ 50 mins. So if you're looking for a quick breakfast this is definitely not the place. No cutlery or napkins were provided until the food arrived. This usually isn't an issue however, we spilled water and there was no stirring rod or spoon to mix our coffee with.

EDIT: As the owner of the restaurant you would think you would be more professional. Your chef put SEVERAL large eggshells in my food. A 20% off discount on the avocado toast was to accommodate large broken egg shells in the food. However, bacteria can live in eggs, and on their shells. This is a food safety...

Went to this restaurant and ordered a bagel eggs cheese cream and tomato with potato and an orange pressed juice on the side. I waited a Good 20 min and then received the order. The bagel was super hard darken and cold and there was no cream cheese i previously asked for. I kindly asked the waitress to make the change and she gladly did. I waited an other 15-20 min the order comes back the egg was ice cold the bagel cold very hard and the cream was added (no change has been done) i asked the waitress to please look at the order and even touch the bagel and egg and that is was not kind and nice at all for customer. She really felt sorry and took the order immediately to the kitchen. I waited an other 10 min the order coming back with the same bagel tomato but the same egg warmed up in a microwave or something! I was so scandalized by the situation i called the waitress for the 4th time and she was so sorry she didn’t what to say and apologized!! I paid for the orange juice and I left! This was literally the worst restaurant situation i have ever been put on!! I will never be back and i will not recommend this...

We went to Montreal for the Labor Day weekend. My family and I went to have breakfast on Labor Day at this restaurant, the service was the worst. We were seated at the table as soon as we got in the restaurant. The waitress which didn’t seem to speak any English took like 20 mins to come to take our order. She brought us a cup of tea we ordered which got cold for the longer wait it took for them to bring us the food to the table which ironically was the wrong order and waited for over an hour for the food. We couldn’t take it anymore and walked out of that place for the lack of good service. So disappointed of this place as we loved the first two days we visited and there the reason why we came back.
