As a loyal customer, I've been visiting this location frequently, but my latest visit was unsatisfactory.
I visited the restaurant for breakfast and ordered two Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuits with wedges for $4. However, I was informed that only one biscuit was available, and the second item was made with a croissant instead. Despite this substitution, I was charged $14.
When my husband questioned the price, the cashier spoke with a colleague or manager and still insisted on charging $14. Feeling embarrassed, my husband paid the amount and left.
I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, Meet, to report the issue. Unfortunately, Meet was unhelpful and argumentative, refusing to acknowledge the mistake and stating that nothing could be done about it.
As a loyal customer, I'm disappointed in the way this situation was handled. The cashier's mistake and the manager's unprofessional behavior have made me question my decision to continue visiting this location. I will be contacting head office tomorrow morning to address this issue and provide better training to your staff as well as provide me with my change of $6. A small piece of Croissant is not extra $6. Ridiculous. Never going back...

When I asked why, it seems she did find the option to add it but wasn’t clear to me if it was added or not. Drive up to the window and a man served me with attitude (assuming on her behalf because she was there doing fountain drinks laughing her ass off) so basically zero improvement here. I’m so tempted to go inside to blast everyone but as a black women I have to think twice so people don’t tell me I’m an angry black woman.
Typical fast food but I have to say, my pet peeve with these places is when they act like you’re not standing at the register waiting to order. Two workers kept coming to the front and leaving multiple times ignoring me. No “hi, just one moment” or nothing.
