Bangkok Saigon Noodle — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

Did take out, we have gone before years ago like 6-7 years ago and the food was good. But this time around the food was subpar. the spring roll with “ground pork”, or something to that form is not minced pork. The cashew chicken which on their menu says is spicy had absolutely no sauce on it and zero spice. The pad thai tasted more like hot sauce (it was not too spicy for me) than a pad Thai sauce I’ve had before. It honestly was really disappointing considering we enjoyed the food here in the past.

The owners response as everyone can see is incredibly rude. I had pad Thai at various Thai restaurant in Newmarket, Aurora and Toronto (not to mention various different dishes) and what I had here was very different from everywhere else I have eaten. I have eaten various “Asian” food before, which shouldn’t be lumped together either because they differ greatly from each other, not to mention regionally can change greatly as well. Honestly the most disappointing was the fact there was no seasoning on the cashew nut chicken, which again on the menu says it is spicy yet had nothing on it, and they way the owner has responded. And not just to me but to other customers. Oo and by the way I have left the country many of times so please leave the insults...

I've given this place three chances, completely shocked at the great reviews here. We ordered the pad thai, which was not pad thai, no flavour or depth, just tastes like gloopy ketchup.

We ordered the green curry and yellow curry soups and truly shocked at the extremely fishy, yet bland taste. Far too much spicy chili and corn starch instead of traditional coconut milk. Fresh rolls were not made fresh, the rice wrappers were rancid, the pork was so dry. Zero flavor, no fresh mint/cilantro/basil/green onions.

We actually drove back to return the food this last time, and the staff argued with us and still charged us! This was the last straw, we never complain, especially during these times.

Having been to countless thai and viet restaurants, this place is neither authentic, fresh or flavorful. It's too bad because we want to support local restaurants...

The first time I was here, I ordered pho with an order of cold spring roll for appetizer. This time I had vermicelli accompanied with deep fried banana for desert. The food has been delicious, not too salty or sweet - just right. And they don’t cheap out on their meat, they give you a generous amount. Plus, bonus - the price is very reasonable for the portion they give you. All around amazing.

As well, Denise, the server, is really friendly and personable. She’s great at her job and also easy to talk with.

I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s looking for an amazing pho restaurant. I wish I live in the area, it would have definitely be my go-to restaurant. I would come all the way from Barrie just to enjoy this...
