Authentique Delights — Restaurant in Brampton

Oh my gosh!!! I’ve been dreaming about enjoying a great Seafood Boil again since we left Florida in December. I wasn’t optimistic about finding a great one here in Ontario, so I was hesitantly ecstatic when we found Authentic Delights and Chef Bri’s boil did not disappoint! 🤤❤️

We purchased; “Snow Crab, King Crab & Lobster Boil” 1 8-10 oz snow crab cluster. - 2 2.5 oz lobster tails. - 2.5 oz of king crab. - 1/2 lb of headless, peeled, and deveined shrimp. With corn and potatoes in our signature lemon garlic butter sauce. And added eggs.

It’s actually better than the one we had in Florida! Honestly, her sauce is amazing and more flavourful than many of the boil sauces I’ve eaten throughout my life (and I lived in Georgia for years!) the savoury sauce is the ultimate harmony of perfection that complements and enhances the flavours of the dish without over powering the natural sweetness of the seafood. You really can taste her love of culinary excellence with every bite! If you want a truly amazing and authentic seafood boil look no further, you just found it!

I actually ordered Authentique Delights through UberEats a couple of weeks ago but decided to leave a review now because I honestly cannot stop thinking about the seafood boil or the pasta 😂. So much so that at 1:14am in the morning I am still scrolling through their Instagram page thinking about when I will order it again!! Between my girlfriend and I, the Snow Crab and Lobster Boil + an additional Snow Crab Claw, the Seafood Pasta and a side of rice was more than enough food for us to last through a few meals. We cannot stop thinking or talking about it with one another— that’s how good it was. The pasta was so delicious and creamy and although the boil was a bit too spicy for us, the flavour was amazing (if only I could eat as spicy haha). I usually don’t go out of my way to put in a review but I had to make an exception. Ordered food via skip and I must say it deserves all the stars I can give. I ordered the lobster and shrimp boil (spicy) and man did it have a kick! And it was not just blow your head off heat but it had amazing flavour in my opinion an excellent balance. I washed it down with just water as I wanted to flavours to linger a whirl more in my mouth. Am only recommendation, I would have loved to see some sausage along with the corn and potatoes as well included without making it add-on but that’s my only qualm Please keep maintaining the quality flavour and ingredients and I will definitely be ordering more. Especially post Covid when we have gatherings...
