Wanted to give 0 start after having argument at this location today.
Only one thing we want them to change is “the service standard”

Ordered in-person a medium pizza , asked waiting time to get pizza in hand and Lady on counter told 15 mins .
She forgot to make pizza After waiting for 10-15 mins I reminded for my pizza she said it will be ready in 10 more mins Pizza came after 32 mins , she was still saying we made it in 15 mins :-) …. So I asked and checked exact time when I paid in their POS) . Only then She accepted , it took really long time .
after asking them the reason for late we are running busy today (it’s Wednesday at 8 pm) We already told you 15-20 mins, this is our normal process .. you can not talk rudely ..
(I start recording the conversation and she changed her tone)
apologies started I requested to have words with manager , first she said “she is a manager” when I asked are you sure ? -she said can not give manager contact but she started offering free pizza 🍕
I walked out with my kid without pizza - end of story.
All this I am writing is just to let manager know and if they want their store to grow .. else I will be happy to get pizza somewhere else...

And what did they offer in return? Just $3. I don’t need your $3—I needed the right pizza, or at least some real effort to fix the issue.
To make things worse, the supervisor spoke to me with zero professionalism. Her attitude was careless and disrespectful, as if she didn’t value customers at all. When I asked for a proper resolution, she talked like she was doing me a favor.

But never came across worst location than this, the shift supervisor of order placement...don't know how to talk they screwed up our order worth $100 bucks which i know is not a huge amount but imagine ordering every 3 days...and this lady their so called supervisor used foul language and said don't order from us if you don't like our pizza when completely they missed to fullfil or simple order. This lady said quote "Bring our pizza back to our store if you don't like". Imagine the audacity like customer service at its best and here i thought customers are always right.
Cut short they lost a 10 year old client coz of this unprofessional...
