These idiots have kept their website on Windsor Branch as well. When I ordered from windsor branch Google location website, i by mistake ordered here which is the branch of the same place.
When I reached to windsor branch they couldn’t find the order in their system ofcourse. The windsor branch staff called Brampton branch to ask for accommodation, instead of sorting things between branches so the customer doesn’t feel inconvenience for the stores’ damn mistake, brampton branch said they can’t approve refund or any other accommodation. They said the food is already ready and so can’t approve the refund request. What if it was a phone order? This way it is easy to steal customer’s money so of course they took my money without any service.
