Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Brampton

Unprofessional business and behaviour by worker and loader, they left a whole wooden skid on the exit side of the drive thru, could not be seen from my vehicle as the skid was layed flat on the parking lot/road not on the curb out the way of a high traffic drive thru exit. Confronted both loader driver and worker both refused to apologize and kept a bad attitude towards the whole situation. Told me things such as “do you drive into potholes/curbs normally” and stated it wasn’t left on the road and that he frequently leaves the wood skid there. Left damages to my vehicle (paint scratches and tore a piece of my vehicle under tray off) totally unacceptable behaviour from the tims staff I am regular customer here but will no longer be giving my business here. The staff that works at any of the Tim Hortons in Brampton needs to be trained properly. The service is horrible they don’t know how to take orders properly they give you wrong orders you pay for the wrong stuff and you won’t even notice sometimes until you get to work or you drive off. Nothing is organized they come to the window handing you an order while taking other orders while shoving the machine in your face for you to pay. And God for bid you interrupt them while they’re taking that order while giving you your order, they start giving attitude gets irritated then tells the customer that they are taking long and they need to hurry up. Today, (Oct06) I went to Tim Hortons at Remembrance and McLaughlin around 7:15 pm, I ordered 2 coffees and timbits, a girl gave me timbits and went to make the coffees and while I was waiting for my coffees, I noticed mosquitoes in the timbits, bagel, donut tray, I told the girl that there are mosquitoes in tray but she already knew that they were there. I asked if it’s safe to eat them but she said no, so if she knew these are not safe to eat, then why did she give those to me. Another girl came in and said we can’t do anything about it.
