Ordered dinner online for pickup on the way home - hubs got it home and found out part of our order is missing. With the receipt stapled to the bag and the bag stapled shut very well so there's no chance even a plastic fork could fall out, that speaks to a level of confidence that the full order is there that I can't say we have with this location anymore. The food is better than Taco Bell, but there are better burrito places around Brampton. The convenience of the location with where we work is why we choose to stop here. I don't know that we'll be back, but if we do I'll definitely insist on opening the bag in store so they can confirm in front of me that all of the order is there.

Update: hubs called the location to see if they could do anything. Wasn't expecting they would, but wanted to give the store the chance. The person he spoke with offered to put a note against his customer profile so on the next order, they'll make and include the item that was missed. Bumping up a star for good customer service. Will update...

Worst workers you’ll ever meet.

I placed an order here 8:50 pm (June 27th) and was told to come in 15 mins to pickup my order. When I arrived at 9:05 pm the workers looked at me confused about my order. They hadn’t begun making it and told me “it was busy.” They then proceeded to make the orders of the people in line, putting my order to the end of the queue. I finally was told to pay (not that my order was ready yet) at 9:30 pm where I told them this is entirely unacceptable. They claimed again that “it was busy,” and when I asked them why is my order less important because I placed it online, they replied “try to understand it’s busy” over and over. Essentially they showed me that there was entirely no point in calling and placing an order and they wasted my time waiting for an order they had no intention of preparing.
