The customer service was atrocious. It was very sad to see that head office, the manager from the location and the delivery person had the audacity to treat a paying customer with such great disrespect. When I called head office to notify them about my recent incident with Pizza Pizza their answer was you called too late. I ordered late night before 11:15pm Friday and called Head office Monday morning thinking their head office was closed throughout the weekend. The email receipt did not mention what location the food came from. The delivery person did not give me a reciept for my food. Only continued to yell at me disrespectfully from the middle of the street past my drive way. The manager on the phone called to say the delivery person is outside when they weren’t and continuedly raised their voice at me on the phone in a hostile manner. I found out it is from this location by calling head office. Who told me my complaint came late and they can’t do nothing about it. All they did was waste 30 minutes of my time with holds and pretending to take notes down. After the great disrespect on Friday night I was furious I lost my appetite. 0 stars for service. Leave alone a smile they don't even greet you. Only reason i go to this location is its the closest to me. The one girl who mostly works at the register here always has the most miserable look and clearly doesn't want to be there. The owner himself doesn't appear customer friendly or oriented towards customer service as well so that speaks a lot about their customer service. I'm a regular and one time I dropped the takeout box in which they give the pizza slice. They had not put the box in the bag and the slice dropped on the floor. They charged me full price to get another slice. Sure enough I dropped the slice but I'm a regular there and the owner could have maybe thought of charging me half the price if he didn't want to give me another slice for no cost but he was like you have to pay for it.
