As a long-time customer who has literally spent thousands of dollars at Booster Juice locations over the years, this experience is not just disappointing—it reflects a clear, sad trend: the overall quality has absolutely deteriorated. I want to emphasize that the employees were kind and professional, but the issue lies purely with the product standards. I used to rely on this place for a substantial, healthy meal replacement.

I paid an outrageous $8 for a Chipotle Steak Wrap, and what I received was a joke. It contained so little steak it was pathetic—a thin smear of sauce and vegetables wrapped up for the price of a proper meal. It's almost comical that this $8 "meal" barely weighed in at 160 grams. Worst experience at this boosters juice today from an older asian lady I asked for a little bit more of the strawberry sorbet (ill obviously pay or it) she just said no they can't do that and made up excuses. Normally i have a great experience at this location but today it wasnt so good.

I asked for a drink and an egg wrap. The girl who i havent seen before had gloves on and i noticed they were a bit wet. Idk how long she was wearing them and what she was doing before hand. So she takes up the wrap and shes about to unwrap it to warm it up. I stop her and i asked if she can change her gloves. She said she’ll wash them but she wont change them.
