This Location don't even deserve 1 star rating.
It has been an awful experience to deal with Tim Hortons customer service at this location.I have been a Tim Hortons customer for more than 18 years now and the way I was treated at Tim Hortons location # 105066 ( 5085 Mayfield Brampton, inside Walmart store) was a very bad experience. The CSR named Harman at the store treated me very badly. She was very rude. I waited in line for more than 15 minutes on April 13th around 4:00 pm and ordered FV. I asked them to fill my cup as it wasn't filled completely. But when I checked the drink it wasn't. I asked her again to which she clearly said "NO" and asked me to take my refund. To this my question to her was why so? I stood in line for a long time and waited for my order then why she can't do the needful. Then she replied saying that I will give your refund but I can't do what you are asking for. She was not wearing her name batch also. When I visited the location 2nd time then I got her name from another shift employee.
Long story short I visited back the location and the manager at this store refused my refund saying that we already offered you a refund but the Tim's gift card balance inquiry customer service advised that there is no refund posted from this location.
Just want to add we as a customer have not done anything wrong to you & don't deserve to be treated in this way. Because of her arrogance and ignorance I never knew that to grab a cup of coffee after waiting in line for so long can become a nightmare. If you don't like your job then don't do it but don't spoil someone else day.
To post the review I had to give one star. But your location don't even deserve a "STAR". The customer service and the agent are pathetic (Harman). Not returning back to this location. This Location needs a serious makeover in terms of employees & the manager.
CAN WE GET EMPLOYESS WHO KNOWS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS WITH BETTER TRAINING AND UNDERTSANDING AND HAVING CONSIDERATION FOR THE CUSTOMERS WHO WAIT IN LINE FOR 10- 15 MINS PATIENTLY TO GRAB THE ORDER.

Wedges weren’t as crispy and soft as other locations. The food took a couple minutes too long to make which I completely understand because of the busyness at the location.
The egg and cheese sandwich though, the word “disappointment” is an understatement for their service. I ordered an egg and cheese style English muffin as part of my meal, and the cook prepared the muffin with bacon in it! I spoke to the cook who “fixed” my muffin by literally removing the bacon and putting the buns back on in front of my eyes. I confronted her and she made up some excuse, saying the bacon’s “juice” will not stick to the other ingredients. I absolutely don’t like this location at all.
The reason why I am complaining about the bacon on the muffin is because I am vegetarian by heart, and I even told the cook about it. But she still makes up some excuse, I didn’t want to ruin her day by going on some rant but I am leaving this feedback for you all to consider.
Aside from that the Hot chocolate was very good, which is the only thing making the “food” category a 2-star.

This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered in the fast food industry. I had 4 separate orders and there was always one item or ingredient that they did not have such as: cream cheese, 2 types of muffins, oatmeal. It's not about what they didn't have, but about how the lady explained it to me - rude and matter-of-factly - "what you see if what we have!" ??? I cant see you don't have oat meal, I cant see you don't have CREAM CHEESE (especially). And the kicker - when I ordered my egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant toasted with butter, by the time I got back to my car, I received a cold plain croissant.
