barBURRITO — Restaurant in Brampton

The location is new and the facility is clean. They don’t have wifi so unfortunately if you are going for a working lunch, the only work you’ll be doing is how to effectively attack the burrito or bowl.

I ordered a regular sized veggie burrito combo with fries and a vitamin water. The total came out to $15.37. Kind of expensive so it will be more of once and a while vs a ritual.

The food was piping hot. However, the lettuce looked a little wilted and watery. It’s what you would expect from a chain ameri-mexi food chain. The size of the burrito was good and I felt it was more than satisfying.

The staff were super friendly and with no one in the place At around 1pm they were super attentive which was good. I did sit in to eat and they brought my fries to the table vs saying they were ready. 👍

Value for money for the lunch scene in Brampton is a fairly well understood trend. I think this is a little on the high side to be honest

There isn’t a loyalty program implemented (at least I wasn’t introduced to it when I was paying) so not sure how one could afford to come here regularly vs subway across the street where they usually have daily specials and similar in terms of fresh ingredients.

All in all a solid 4.0 in my opinion....

I just did a pick up through Uber for this restaurant and I selected it because it was close by and the time was showing it’ll be ready in 5-15 minutes. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years myself and I know Uber offers an option to let your customer know if the time will be delayed for any reason whatsoever. An order that was supposed to be ready for 7:05 has still not been given to me because it’s not ready and it is now 7:35pm. I understand delays but I was standing in store for over 15 minutes and was not acknowledged, not even a hello. When I finally got to being served, they said 10 more minutes are required. This time was decided after the two people working there consulted with one another in Hindi (which I understand) that the order has not even started preparing. Not a single apology given and when I went to finally pick up the order, I was offered one drink on the house whereas the order had 5 items for 5 people and was over $70 total. Definitely do not recommend because I regret spending my money somewhere like this. I’d much rather support a small business because at least they will value your experience, provide better customer service and have basic communication skills...

This place WAS my go to once a week but NOT ANYMORE. I used to get bowl and each time i visited this place, customer service was good. Since last two times, there’s new employee and such a LAZY GUY, no interest in customer service at all. Today, I went to order a veggie bowl, he didn’t make it proper, not enough veggies in the bowl, also he refused to put more than 3 sauces. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!Previously i used to get all the sauces i want and quantity of veggies were fairly good. This place will loose many customers like me, if poor level of service continues.
