This was never expected from a big pizza chain like pizza pizza. Please train your staff (not all) for a good customer services and how to work in pressure. Also I have been their customer from years and never experienced this before! But I beleive now why people give 1 star! Am Taking about the 15 Montpelier street brampton location. I was driving back from work and my kids wanted to eat pizza. I wanted to order pizza over the phone so that once I am there I dont have to wait. Called today september 22nd at 5:30 a lady picks up. I said I want to order pizza the lady replies 905-???-???? And hangs up the phone without a delay! Like really? Ok! I called again no answer. Called the 3rd time lady picksup. I said can you not hang up and listen what I am saying? I want to order halal chicken pizza that lot of other locations dont offer and the number you are giving me i tried before I know there is no halal chicken option. so (To let my readers know This specific number was given to me by the owner lady 3 years back and told me always call this no. For halal chicken and I was calling this number from years and never have any issues with placing my order). She goes WE ARE VERY BUZY RIGHT NOW AND WHEN WE ARE BUZY WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ORDERS!! WOW OK! ( she was not polite at all was litterally yelling) dont know why! I said but I want halal chicken on my pizza thats why I am calling this location and its close by I can pickup while my way back. She keeps on refusing and yelling. I politely said can I have your name please she did not gave me because she was wrong she knew that! What type of customer services are these. I was shocked. She hangs up again. She would have been nice to me, explained me in a nice way I wouldnt have mind comming in and placing an order. I dont want to know how buzy you are! I am very disappointed. This was so much of rudness to handle. Her behaiviour looked like she was not willing to talk or serve. Honestly if she is reading this she should be regretful on what she actually did... She said she told someone to bring it, but she said they were cutting another. You can check the video of the restaurant I was waiting past 20 minutes. Two pizzas were sitting on the stove, and they had not completed the third one.
They called me 6:44 pm asking me to replace a topping (I ordered at 6:31 pm), as they were out of artichokes. No one over the phone said they would not be able to honor the 20-minute policy.
The order confirmation says: "Your order will be ready for pick up in 20 minutes, or it is free." I was waiting past the 20 minutes.
It's not about the money/food at that point; it's about respecting the customer who will come back and order more.
If you don't want to honor the policy you stated, nor give me a complete order, please change your policy. Will not be ordering from here again, arguing with customers crosses the line.
UPDATE: When I got home, I saw that the dipping sauce I paid for was missing. It was probably missing because they were rushing with the last pizza.

I can tell that the staff, especially the young woman who took my order, is putting in some effort, and that's good to see. The pizzas are getting better in terms of taste and quality, and it's clear they're working hard to make the food experience nicer. However, there's still room for improvement, especially when it comes to how they treat customers.
The pizzas are definitely improving, which is great. They taste better and seem to be made with more care. But the issue is with the people working there, especially the young woman. She didn't come across as very friendly โ not many smiles and not much warmth. This made the whole experience less enjoyable.
I get that we all have days when we're not at our best, but a smile can make a big difference. Even when things are tough, being positive can make eating out more pleasant. It's worth remembering that a simple smile can make someone's day brighter, even if everything's not perfect.
Considering everything, I'd give this place three stars. There's potential for improvement, both in the quality of the pizza and how they treat customers. If the staff can keep working hard on the food and also make customers feel welcome, this place could easily get a higher rating from me...
