Burrito Boyz — Restaurant in Brampton

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This is my favourite place, I eat burrito boys at least once a week. I came in here with my husband and brother. We each ordered a large burrito with different meats and toppings. We each selected our toppings and waited for the meats to be cooked and our burritos to be ready. We got our orders and sat to eat them and literally ALL the burritos were WRONG. none of us got the toppings or meats we ordered. At this location they don't pass your tortilla with the paper bag labeled w your order. Instead they send the tortillas to the grills and the bags separate. So not only did they put the wrong tortillas, but they also added the wrong meats to each one. We all got up and showed them their mistake and the manager (short, chubby, light female) was so rude... instead of apologizing for the error she told us to throw out our burritos and was giving attitude and started to remake our orders. She almost messed up the repeat order and as I am telling her that those were not my toppins she tries to argue me and tell me what i ordered. I show her the receipt and the original bag with the toppings i ordered and she continues remaking our burritos. The guy in the kitchen went to wrap the burrito before the second meat was added.. the manager saw and told him to stop and asked him what he was doing... AGAIN We finally got our burritos and they did such a bad job wrapping the burritos in the tortilla, it flared open and we just ended up tossing my burrito and left. WORST SERVICE EVER. RUDE MANAGENENT AND...

Went in about an hour before close one evening last weekend. Placed my vegan order, no problem (sweet potato naked bowl, no dairy, no cheese etc) and waited...And waited...And waited...sure they were busy, but I waited...about 15-20minutes goes by and I've seen people whose orders were placed after mine that had come and gone. So I patiently asked the counter, Hi, I'm waiting for #34. The guy looks dumbfounded. He's like, #34 already went out. A young guy took it. I was like, how did he take it when I'm the one who has the #34 ticket?! Don't you check tickets? The manager comes over (at this point they're closing down services as it's end of night), he says to me, No, we don't usually check tickets. We just expect everyone knows their order. But don't worry, I'll refund your money and make you something. I don't have any sweet potato though. So I obliged. Great, thanks. It's been a really long day, and I would appreciate a hearty healthy meal. I stress that I do not want any dairy or cheese in my bowl. I take my bowl and go home. I open the bowl. THERE IS FREAKING CHEESE IN MY BOWL. Terrible location. Terrible service. Terrible listening skills obviously....

Clearly phoning in your pick up order is a bad idea. I ordered a Shrimp Burrito it was disgusting!! I’ve had it here before and it was really good. The whole experience was pretty bad, I called gave her my number, she said oh Samantha, do want the same as last time? I didn’t even get a chance to speak, she repeated my last order including every single topping, I say no, no , no finally she stops to listen. I said I’d like a shrimp burrito, she says oh large with .... and lists all the topping options possible so fast I could hardly understand what she was saying . I said can I just tell you what I’d like? She said sure but by that time I felt like I was on a timer and I had to remember all the toppings!! I actually forgot a couple , added tomatoes by accident, I had to call back. Then because I didn’t want beans and rice they stuffed it with cheese and lettuce, it was gross 🤢 Next time I know I have to stand there to judge the topping ratio.

The girl on the phone, yep she should be fired! It was disrespectful the way she read the toppings out so fast like, where’s your communication skills, you don’t talk to people like that. She clearly isn’t...
