Burrito Boyz — Restaurant in Brampton

STOP GOING HERE! STOP ORDERING DELIVERY FROM HERE!!

I went Saturday Oct 19 at night to get a naked chicken with extra guacamole. I ordered and paid. It seemed very busy with delivery order's.

Besides being extremely cheap with the amount of toppings. I had to ask for FRESH GUACAMOLE as the one out WAS DARK BROWN. But they were still using it on orders... not mine tho, i wont willingly eat brown guac.

As I was waiting for my order to be packed up, I see something scurrying on the glass where the toppings are... it's A COCKROACH. 🤢. If you know anything about COCKROACHES they usually only come out at night and scurrying away from the lights and people.

There must be an infestation if the COCKROACHES are running around in plain sight. I tried to get my phone out to take a picture and I'm telling the employees at the same time, she just brushed it off... NO CLUE WHERE IT WENT, in the food, on the floor no idea.

I asked for the mgr and asked for a refund. As I was waiting another COCKROACH scurried by again, bigger than the first, definitely not the same one as the first.

I felt bad as there were about 5 delivery ppl waiting for orders, and I'm sure not one of them would've told the customer upon delivery there's visable roaches running around. If I saw that, I'd inform Uber/Skip/Door that there's roaches and cancel the order. Or tell the customer when I arrive. I couldn't consciously delivery a meal from a place that had visible roaches.

I posted about this on Redditt and another redditor commented with a link, and the Peel Public Health visited there this year September and noted they were not in compliance with prevention of pests... seems like they didnt do anything to change this and its WORSE!!!

And the employees are MISERABLE, don't understand anything.

Bring back the Original Amazing Burrito Boys. ...

Update 2024/07/25: hey, it’s me again. If you’re thinking about going to this place for food.. it still sucks. Also sucks when you fire the previous workers (who made this place awesome) and replace them with international students who don’t speak English. Can’t have anything nice in Brampton anymore.

Message to the new owners: you guys suck.

UPDATE.. 2023/09/03: I never learn apparently.. lol okay, so I was passing by and was craving nachos. Picked up some on my way home. I’m sorry, but that was disgusting. I can’t believe how bad it was! It just tasted stale and burnt at the same time. The nacho cheese also tasted weird as hell, it was really runny. I’m so disappointed in myself for coming here. Can we PLEASE bring the original crew in here to teach these people? Who the hell is new management? You’re doing a horrible job. What the hell happened to Burrito boyz!! This is going in the garbage, what a waste of money.

UPDATE: came in to get some tacos for my brother and a quesadilla for myself. Thought I would give this place another try, what a mistake. Someone from the burrito boyz headquarters needs to do a quality control check on this location. That was probably the worst quesadilla I’ve ever had in my life. Whoever is prepping the veggies needs to be trained. You are cutting the veggies WAY TOO BIG. The cheese wasn’t even melted and way too clumpy in certain areas. Man, I miss the crew that used to work here. The quesadillas were so good! The chicken doesn’t even taste the same anymore. 0/5 .. will never be coming to this location again.

If I could rate this store any lower I would. I use to love eating here, and when I downloaded the new app Skip the Dishes I was excited to see that they delivered burrito boyz. My family and I placed an order, we ordered 3 burritos and two naked burritos. Some had instructions for no tomatoes, no guacamole and no jalapeños. We ordered drinks, and burrito boys is expected to give you driver everything plus utensils. Not only was our driver waiting for our food for an extra 30 MINUTES past the time they originally had told us, but they messed up almost all of our toppings, didn't put cheese in any of our burritos, and forgot to provide us with drinks and utensils WHICH WE PAID FOR. I called the location back and asked to speak to the manager. I had told her about the messed up toppings, how we didn't receive any cheese, our drinks or utensils, and she apologized. Our driver felt so bad that he went back to burrito boyz to pick up our drinks for us. The manager told me she didn't have pineapple juice (which I originally asked for) and blamed that on the reason we probably hadn't received our drinks. She then offered me mango or guava. I agreed to mango, and she told us she would send us our chocolate milk we ordered and cheese for our burritos. We just received our bag back from them and then didn't not give us any cheese, and decided to give me a strawberry banana drink instead of mango.

All in all, don't go to this restaurant. They don't care about their food service or quality anymore. They don't care about their customers. This is a lousy place compared to what it used to be....
