I went into the Dairy Queen and ordered two blizzards and a small milkshake ( that was 2$)for my pregnant wife and I and a niece. When it was time to pay I realized I only had $15 on me because I left my money at home and the total was 16$. I had a large and a medium blizzard, so informed the cashier I left my debit card at home and I only had 15$ on me so can she change the order from a large to a medium blizzard. There was an older man behind the counter( seemed to be a manager) and he told me they already made the large. I told him I was sorry and that I did not have enough because I left my card at home and that I will just have a medium instead of the large (was short less than a dollar short). He tells me to remove 1 of my other items instead of changing the size of my blizzard because âthey already made itâ. I told i could not remove the other blizzard or milkshake because it was for my wife and niece. He repeats again that they already made it and I got frustrated and told him to stop telling me what to order and making this scene so I can pay and go. They gave me the medium blizzard I asked for (strawberry short cake). I noticed that there was no cheesecake topping like usual. The other blizzard had it on top visible but the one I changed from large to medium did not. He informed it was mixed in. When I got home there was no topping, it was just strawberry ice cream. Honestly im upset because this man attempted to bully me and force me to discard my order because he did not want to make another because he hastily had it made. It Was a mistake of me to leave my debit card but this man was attempting to force me to drop 1 of my items so I would be easier on him and he seemed to be in charge of the place. It was a really silly actually because I was only a few cents short of affording the large and he could of easily just given it as a price of medium if he didnât want the hassle of having to make a medium and the large would go to waste.    Read moreThe BEST Dairy Queen! People that care about service and quality of product served. I purchased a B-Day cake from another DQ location further south. They ruined the custom image! 30 min prior to the party I called this location to ask for help to fix my cake. The young lady that answered the phone said bring it in we will do our best to help. The young man that took in my cake, gave me email to resend the image. Made me a new cake in 20 min I was out the door with an amazing fresh and perfect cake! In the 20 min I waited in the store I was acknowledged by every staff member asking if I was taken care of. I observed every transaction with other customers, everyone was promptly greated and taken care of. Everyone in this location was happy to be there both staff and customers. I was given the replacement cake, when I insisted on paying, the manager said that it wasn't my fault and that he wanted to correct it. I told him I would take it up with the other store, he responded I don't want you to have to waste more of your time, just want to do what's right for our DQ Customer!
