Nestled in the vibrant city of Cambridge, Chawla Cuisine is a hidden gem that brings the tantalizing flavors of Indian cuisine to its patrons. My recent dining experience at Chawla Cuisine left me impressed and satisfied. Here's my review of this delightful culinary journey:

As I entered Chawla Cuisine, I was immediately captivated by its warm and inviting ambiance. The restaurant boasted a modern and elegant decor, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members greeted me with genuine smiles and provided attentive service throughout my meal, offering recommendations and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Chawla Cuisine specializes in Indian cuisine, with a focus on North Indian flavors. The menu featured a wide range of dishes that catered to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, providing ample choices for all preferences. From aromatic curries to tandoori delights, the selection was diverse and enticing.

To start my culinary adventure, I opted for the vegetable samosas, which arrived piping hot and perfectly crispy. The flavorful filling of spiced vegetables left a lasting impression, complemented by the accompanying mint chutney. Moving on to the main course, I chose the butter chicken and the aromatic biryani. The butter chicken was a standout dish, with succulent chicken pieces immersed in a creamy tomato-based gravy that was rich in flavor and delicately spiced. The biryani was fragrant and well-balanced, with fragrant basmati rice layered with aromatic spices and tenderly cooked meat or vegetables.

The quality and presentation of the food at Chawla Cuisine were commendable. Each dish exhibited a depth of flavors and showcased the chef's expertise in creating authentic Indian cuisine. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring a satisfying meal.

One area where Chawla Cuisine could further excel is in the realm of desserts. While the limited dessert options were enjoyable, a wider selection of traditional Indian sweets or innovative creations would have been a delightful addition to conclude the meal on a sweet note.

In terms of value for money, Chawla Cuisine offered a reasonable dining experience given the quality of the food and the attentive service provided. The flavors were well-balanced, allowing the spices to shine without overwhelming the palate. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant also accommodated varying spice preferences, ensuring that guests could enjoy their meals tailored to their desired heat levels.

In conclusion, Chawla Cuisine in Cambridge is a hidden gem that brings the vibrant and diverse flavors of Indian cuisine to the heart of the city. With its inviting ambiance, friendly service, and mouthwatering dishes, it is an excellent choice for both Indian food enthusiasts and those seeking a memorable dining experience. If you're in Cambridge and crave a culinary journey through India, Chawla Cuisine is well...

I have never experienced such a terrible manager service before. 😡😡😡😡From start to finish, this whole experience has been a nightmare. Firstly, communication with the manager was practically non-existent. They were rarely available to answer any questions or address any concerns. It felt like they were completely disengaged and uninterested in providing any sort of support or guidance. “ Actually the manager wearing specs was really misguiding everyone very rudely, firstly before coming to this restaurant we called them before closing and she said to come for which we took 1.5 hrs to come to the restaurant and then she told us go home by saying dinning closed, but the current time was 10:00 pm and they suppose to close at 10:45 dinning which she claimed and full restaurant closes at 11:30, we told them its 2nd time you sending us home last time also she did like that but this time i am gonna give review and also there was so many customers with us standing before us having the same issue and then we asked her name she told us “seema “ which was not her name because she did the mistake so she don’t wanna tell name so for proof i took picture for chawala and i will attach it I don’t know who she was manager or what but as a businessman its req to chawala”s owner to see it and take action caz in front of me 10 customers gone home with such a bad experience and they will never refer you again including me and my wife only bcaz of behaviour of that manager “ Overall, this manager service was an absolute disaster. Their lack of communication, organization, leadership, and accountability made this experience extremely frustrating and unproductive. I would strongly advise against using their services, as there are much better options available. Caz at the end your value as a customer is more than the restaurant so guys if same happened with you please like it so that the owner should know about the situation of his restaurant.

I wish there option for...

The worst experience ever, I went to chawla’s Saturday night. I made the call to them before coming and they told that we don’t make reservations but we will make a note of your arrival and I clearly mentioned that I am driving from toronto will arrive in about 50 to about an hour. They told me yes that’s fine we are not busy. When i arrived there with my 4 friends around 11 50 the guy at the front desk was rude he said we are not open for dine in. I understand the rules but why was this not mentioned while I was driving from toronto they could have told be that by the time i will be arriving they would not be accepting any orders for dine in and we didn’t want to do take out as it’s cold and we didn’t came all the way from toronto to sit in the car and eat. Why the hell would you say open until 1 30 am when you are actually not. That’s the pathetic service that I have received rules are fine but not communicating properly and wasting others time is just not acceptable. On top of that we requested the guy as we came that far he was still rude and said that’s fine rather an apologising you guys need to train your staff well on customer service and communicating the right information otherwise no one is going to ever visit as this wasn’t the first time they’ve done this before as well. About the food it’s good but your staff is pathetic people not only come for food if we are paying for food and tips we want that level of service to be delivered as well. Really disappointed. Would like the owner of the store to see and work on this. There are tons of restaurants in gta so it’s not our loss it your loss on business that even with good food people are deciding not to come back to you pls of your staff and misinformation provided be honest if you close at 12 am then just say don’t come here as by the time you’ll arrive we’ll not...
