I was here for lunch, my first time here. And here is a summary of my experience... The dining area is super clean and well decorated. Seating arrangement is neat and comfortable. The place was pretty much empty with the exception of one customer. I was greeted by Jannat at the counter. She is super polite, courteous and caring. She was helpful in explaining some of the items on the menu. While waiting for the food I noticed a big chip around the rim of one of the serving plate. It looked very odd to me. So obvious and yet no one from the staff noticed it OR may be they did but chose to ignore it. Food arrived within a reasonable time. The temperature of the food was just warm. I would have liked it better if it was a bit hot. The saag and makki de roti was bland. I have had better at other places. Rice, yogurt, manchurian and Daal makhni was ok. Garlic naan was good. One of the dish I ordered was Achari paneer and here is the surprise, it did not contain paneer. Not even a trace amount. It was made with Achari masala, onions and green/red peppers. No paneer. I pointed this out to the server. She seemed surprised but no options. Gajar ka halva was really good and plentiful. Music playing overhead was really good but way too loud to carry on a conversation across the table. I also ordered a take out, Amritsari naan and channa. At home, I discovered, channa was really good but naan was over done (burnt). At the end while paying at the counter, I was greeted by a very polite gentleman behind the counter. I voiced my concerns to him. If I happened to be in the area again I would like to try a different restaurant. My best wishes to...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at punjabi haveli, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Two amazing servers,Naaz and Beant, made the evening truly memorable with their warm and welcoming demeanor.

The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing meal. Maz and Beant greeted me with genuine smiles and ensured I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit.

The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The chefs clearly take pride in their work, using fresh ingredients and showcasing creativity in every bite.Naaz and Beant were knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations that did not disappoint.

What truly set this dining experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Naaz and Beant. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring my glass was never empty and that I had everything I needed. Their friendly personalities and professionalism enhanced the overall experience, making it one I won’t soon forget.

Their taste is very good, but service and wait time = horrible experience.

I heard about its very tasty, spicy food, so I went with my client, but they took 1 hr and 30 mins to get our food. 😃 do you know why? Because uber deliveries are their priority. We, the guest who seat their doesn't have cancel button, while uber eat has cancel button and also food preparation time limit. For 3 of us it took 1.5 hr for food to come and while I went to the counter for asking how long, I saw 10 uber orders flying through as soon as it comes in their tablet.

Then I figured out, their food takes time but their starter doesn't. I saw in my waiting of 1.5 hrs, all the customers whow came after us, got served their starters in few minutes. Majority gol gappa shots 😍 so next time after 4 days I went their for GolGappa shots, waited again with my wife for 20 mins, that's fine, and they servied me golgappa 6 pc in a largest size dish in the restaurant. With full of salt mistakenly I guess, bcz uber orders are their priority.

20 mins, 14.50$ for 10l2 pc golgappa shot without shot style dish preparation and 200 gm salt 🧂

Absolutely NO to this place for my entire life, even though I live by just 2 mins walk...
