I ordered 2 large pizzas from 10950 goreway drive unit B7 on March 19th, 2024. There was a long black hair in pizza. I called to the store and their employee told me that it was not my fault. She was very rude and had no experience how to deal with customers. When i said, i have proof of it and if you want i can show you. Then she said ok, i will give you $15 credits. I put my two pizzas in garbage but when she said i can give you only $15 then i said ok. But today on March 29, I ordered again one large pizzas from 3604 major mackenzie drive. I told them i want to use my $15 then she said there are no credits no your number. I think the employee from goreway drive made me fool. I am really disappointed...

It’s just the night time staff can seem rude. On more then one occasion the doorbell hasn’t been working and despite the jolt of the door or knock on the door or even the staff walking by the front counter as I’m knocking yet not until a ackward moment do they answer . Now one time I understood but three times and same avoidant behaviour. I still made my order but at this point I was turned off. I was not sure if it was due to race. Though I am a regular and seen these very same staff. I was rubbed the wrong way because the man was not even apologetic and was shh offing the blame on me somehow. I can’t say enough good things about Dominos! Every time I order, the pizza is fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The crust is always perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and they never skimp on the toppings. My personal favorite is pan pizza with extra cheese , but honestly, everything on the menu is amazing!
The staff is super friendly and always make sure my order is perfect. Delivery is fast, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Whether you're craving a classic cheese pizza or something more unique, this place never disappoints.
