If you're white, do not visit this East Side Mario's location. Today our family went there and we were totally ignored from the onset. After we were sated it took the server almost 20 minutes to finally come to our table. In fact there were 2 other tables seated after us with South Asians that were served way before us. The place was not busy being around 2:00 pm. 85% of tge tables were unoccupied. When we were finally served the soup and salad it was disgusting. The soup looked as if someone just rinsed the dish with water and splashed soup onto it. The salads were much smaller portions compared to others receiving the same. The salad plates are smaller than what you eat cereal from at home. This location serves much smaller portions than other East Side Marios locations in other cities. When we asked for cheese the server totally forgot about it. None of our main courses were brought at the same time. We were served 10 minutes apart so none of us ate at the same time. Not for the salad and not for the main's. And one of the main's was prepared totally wrong compared to what's stated in the actual menu. When I brought it to their attn, the managers response was maybe the server's having a bad day. She was certainly serving other tables with much better service and none of them white. That was clearly the only difference. One of us returned the disgusting soup, they advised it would be taken off the bill. Though it wasn't. It's evident this East Side Marios provides 2 different levels of service. Great service if you're South Asian or Indian, and a degraded service if you're white. Perhaps this East Side Mario's location Indian manager / owner does not want white customers. It was very clear to us we were being treated with inferior service being the only white people there. We were very respectful so we are truly wondering why we were treated in this manner, aside from just being white. Interesting how all the positive reviews are mostly from South Asian Indian customers and not white customers. Hopefully other white folks read this review - AVOID East Side Marios Trinity Brampton if you're white ! UPDATE: Anton from head office called me as a follow-up. No apology and no interest whatsoever in making things right. Only intent by Anton was to point out Brampton is a diverse city and discrimination against white people is not possible at East Side Marios Brampton. Truly remarkable how this organization supports white customer hate through purposeful bad service. ANTON's (HEAD OFFICE EMPLOYEE) DISINTEREST IN LISTENING TO & UNDERSTANDING OUR TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE REINFORCES EAST SIDE MARIO's BRAMPTON BEING A 100% ANTI WHITE CUSTOMER ESTABLISHMENT. I AM ALSO WONDERING WHY ANTON WAS SO DISMISSIVE OF THIS INCIDENT ? PERHAPS HE'S BLACK AND FELT GREAT PLEASURE WHITE FOLKS ARE BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. REGARDLESS, EAST SIDE MARIO's BRAMPTON CAN BE A DESIGNATED NON- WHITE CUSTOMER RESTAURANT ALL THEY WANT. THERE's MANY OTHER E.S.M LOCATIONS THAT'LL WELCOME OUR BUSINESS. IF YOU'RE WHITE DO NOT GO TO EAST SIDE MARIO'S...

Having dined at this location previously, I was looking forward to another good experience, but it seems that a lot has changed in 2025, and unfortunately, not for the better. Whether the management has changed or not, the decline in cleanliness and overall quality was evident from the moment we walked in.
The first thing we noticed was the strong smell of kitchen smoke lingering throughout the building, making the atmosphere unpleasant. It raised questions about whether the kitchen hoods were functioning properly. Adding to the discomfort, there were fruit flies noticeably flying around our table, which made the dining experience feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.
The food portions were also disappointing compared to our previous visit—much smaller this time, which only added to our dissatisfaction.
The state of the restrooms was appalling. Upon opening the door, we were greeted by a strong urine smell that was overwhelming and completely inappropriate for a restaurant. Napkins were scattered across the floor and inside the stalls, which suggested that maintenance and cleanliness were not being prioritized.
One alarming observation was the lack of beard nets on male servers with facial hair. Seeing long beards without proper coverings in a restaurant is concerning from a hygiene perspective and is simply unacceptable.
Even after leaving the restaurant, the smoke smell clung to our jackets and clothes, which was a stark reminder of the poor ventilation and cleanliness issues.
This location has a lot of room for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness, hygiene practices, and general upkeep. Regrettably, based on this experience, we will not be returning. Management needs to address these issues promptly to avoid further negative impressions.

We recently dined at this location for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, with each table offering a comfortable setting. The food was freshly made and flavorful, with a great selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
The unlimited salad, soup, and bread options were a nice touch. While we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table due to the Sunday crowd, it was worth it. The staff, particularly our server Christina, were friendly and cheerful, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The restaurant is family-friendly and suitable for kids. They also offer both dining and takeout options, and are accommodating of dietary restrictions. Free parking is available, and there’s a selection of alcoholic beverages.
For those looking to host events, the place appears to have one private room, so it might be a good idea to pre-book if planning a party.
We will definitely return to try more dishes. Highly...
Read moreHonestly the worst experience at an East side Mario’s I’ve ever had. Waited at the door to be greeted for 5 minutes (my family was the only guests at the door). There were maybe 5 tables in the restaurant. I almost left and I honestly wish I would have.
Manager or owner that was on seemed more interested in chatting with the kitchen staff rather than in the front of house helping out the host who was struggling cleaning the 2 dirty tables they had.
The host took 10 minutes to clean off a table for us (multiple clean tables but maybe that table was meant for the next server getting a table).
We waited about 7 minutes for a sever to greet us. She came up and didn’t ask how we are, what we wanted to drink. Straight to “are we ready to order”. She did not seem like she wanted to be working there. Was not personable at all.
Food came out pretty quickly, though my kids pasta was cold, my soup was luke warm, and my salad was watery. I would have complained but I had hungry children and the waitress didn’t do a quality check for about 15 minutes. For getting an “all you can eat” lunch trio, the server was not very on top of checking on us seeing if I’d like more soup, salad, or bread.
From a person being in this industry, I kept my plates stacked and accessible to the waitress to grab for when she came to the table, the one time she came to check on us, the stack of plates was ignored.
When she saw we were done, no dessert offered, no kids desserts offered, just asked if I wanted the bill.
I saw something on the table that if you got a Pepsi product, you would get a scratch and win ticket, this was never brought to the table. My kids meals came with dessert, it was never offered nor was anything brought to the table. I could have asked for these things but honestly, I just wanted to pay and get out at this point.
I worked at this location over 10 years ago and oh how it has gone down hill since then. Perhaps the staff needs better training on service.
As much as this location is nostalgic to me, I will never be returning to this location ever again. Such a...
