They have the best crispy ginger chicken. I went there 7 or 8 times. I take my food out.
The problem is there are not consistent with their food. Some days there so generous they will give a lot of good quality of chicken meat, other days they will give you a lot of batter chicken with little meat or nothing inside it. In 6.23.2019 I bought a plate of my favorite crispy ginger chicken (to go) when I went home I noticed half of the chicken has not meat or little meat. Mind you the food is delicious but I can't trust a restaurant, that gives you some days a lot of meat and the others days half of their chicken is missing meat or has a little meat.
Out of 7-8 times, I went there two of my bad orders I had to throw the whole food. On 6.23.19 I called the restaurant to complain, the lady who picked the phone was so rude she started to argue with me. Very poor customer service, no apology or even sorry. I told I will write a review at google she told me to go ahead!!
If you are going to eat, eat AT the restaurant DO NOT DO TAKE OUTS, because they will deceive you sometimes. At least at the restaurant, you can show it to them. I love their food but I don't think I will go there anymore. I'm sorry you have good food, but your customer service is poor, and your food is not consistent. I can't keep throwing full plates.
Customer service: 0/5 no customer service.
Food : Food is good but eat at the restaurant, do not do take outs they can deceive/fraud you they give you a plate with a lot chicken batter with little...
Read moreSTAY AWAY! 0 stars is not an option, otherwise that would have been my rating. I went there with my family on Victoria Day evening. There was just one other family in there apart from us in the restaurant. We started with a soup which was disappointing. The rest of the order arrived with veg manchurian, dry paneer chili which was good but seemed like it was made a while ago instead of fresh. Lastly, the hakka noodles which was ice cold and therefore we let one of the waitress know about it. She took it back warmed it up in the microwave and gave us the exact same thing back. When we complained again, this time to a different waitress, she was so rude in the way she responded. She basically told us that we should have let her know before we started eating that it was cold. Now, one needs to at least taste it to know if it is hot or not. She was just not ready to listen to anything we had to say. In the end, the noodles were left untouched after it was brought back to us. There were about 5 pieces of manchurian balls that were eaten and half of the paneer chili and we still paid for every single item except the hakka noodles which was in the end cancelled after a lot of arguments back and forth. No apologies from that waitress and we decided to leave the place immediately. Absolutely disgusting customer...
Read moreWe've been going to this restaurant for at least 10 years. Yesterday being Diwali we decided to attend with family to celebrate our biggest religious holiday. Susan knows our order as we've being going there for many many years. We received our appetizers and when we started receiving our mains we saw in the Cantonese Chicken chow mein had beef and prawns after we had specificied no beef and no prawns. No prawns due to allergies and no beef due to religion. We pointed out the beef and prawns and asked for a new dish. They took it back and brought it back a few minutes later. As we started dishing we noticed beef still in the dish. Susan came back and started saying that we didn't mention no beef and was rude even after taking it back to be corrected. She started to take our dishes away saying we don't have to eat there. We were there with my parents and children. We ended up not eating and left the restaurant. I've been there for about 10 years and never have been this insulted. That's the last time we're going there because they have no respect for regular customers and have no respect for allergies and most of all no respect for...
