I recently visited this Subway store and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The main reason for my disappointment was the rude behavior displayed by the female employee.
Upon entering the store, I approached the counter with a friendly greeting, expecting a similar response. However, the employee in question seemed disinterested and appeared to be in a bad mood. She barely acknowledged my presence and responded curtly when I asked for clarification on menu options.
As I continued with my order, her impolite demeanor persisted. She was impatient, unhelpful, and even made derogatory remarks under her breath, which left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. It was evident that she lacked basic customer service skills and professionalism.
Furthermore, her lack of attention to detail resulted in several errors in my sandwich preparation. When I brought these mistakes to her attention, she displayed an indifferent attitude and made no attempt to rectify the situation. This kind of dismissive behavior is simply unacceptable in any customer-oriented establishment.
As a regular Subway customer, I have come to expect a certain level of service and courtesy from their staff members. Unfortunately, this particular encounter has left a bitter taste in my mouth. The actions of this employee not only tarnished the reputation of the store but also undermined the positive experiences I've had in other Subway locations.
I sincerely hope that the management of this store takes immediate action to address the issue of their employee's behavior. Customers should be treated with respect and professionalism, and incidents like these should not go unnoticed or unaddressed.

Subway also has a promotion stating when you buy a $30 gift card you get 6 cookies, ending December 31st with the last date to pick up the cookies being January 31st. The working today December 24th, when I went a bit before 10AM stated that the earliest date I can get the cookies would be after January 31st. The exact wording is “….through January 31st” and we explained to her what that meant, but she kept on saying that we are wrong and that the wording means that only after January 31st is when we can get the cookies. My mom and I was really looking forward to picking up these cookies for a great Christmas Eve snack (as well as getting the gift cards as we are big Subway fans) however because of this working on the morning of Christmas Eve we were turned away and was not able to get the gift cards and cookies. We left disappointed. And the Subway Artist just met that happened. Please make sure your team is aware of the current promotions as so others don’t leave disappointed when it’s the employees fault. Read moreThis location is close to my work, so I've been there a few times since it opened. Visited the location today and waited in line to be served. Before I ordered I alerted the employee that I had a coupon, and was told that they do not accept coupons. I've been to this location about a dozen times since it opened, and I've used coupons here before. When I told the employee that, she said the policy changed in January.
If you're going to change your policy in regards to accepting coupons, please post signs in your windows or up in your location so people don't have to waste time on their lunch break waiting in line.
The employee I spoke with was courteous despite my annoyed visage, and she's pretty much the only reason I'm giving this location any stars at all. Most of the employees I've had contact with are very nice people, however because of the decisions of Ownership/Management I'll just take my business some place else.
